CHAPTER FIFTEEN

"Vera, let's eat at that restaurant" Bella said pointing at the restaurant..

"Why? Vera asked..then turned to face her

"Your credit card can't afford it? Too bad" Vera mocked..

"Do you have to say it that way? Bella asked..

"Then you should be more appreciative towards me and note that without me, you are nothing" Vera said then walked past her..

"Fine, I agree" Bella replied.. "I'm sorry for the other time" she apologized..

"Can we now eat there? Bella asked... "Pleaseee" she begged..

"Alright" Vera accepted then they both walked into the restaurant..

Just like the business tycoon's party. This restaurant was for the rich as well, their food is top notch. The chefs were top trained cooks, so their neatness and tidiness was in check.

Entering the restaurant, it was like a ball room. Very large and the tables and chairs were well arranged and decorated. With the eating utensils well placed.

"Gosh, this is my first time" Bella said in amazement..

They sat down and Vera signalled for the waiter..

"We will like to order" Vera said, the waiter handed her the Note pad.

"Order something nice" Bella said in excitement as she stared around the place..it was totally amazing.

"Do you have a black card ma? The waiter asked..

"Black card you say? Vera asked..

"We only permit people with black cards" the waiter explained..

"But I have the money to pay for the meal, why the black card? She asked..

"That's the rule ma" the waiter said..

"If you were a regular, you would be aware" he further explained.

"Vera, you have visited here alot right? You told us about it countless times" Bella asked..

"Emm, there must have been a misunderstanding. It was never that way" Vera said in defense..

"Guess it was a lie" Bella said then stood up

"Let's leave to avoid further disgrace" Bella said as she left the building.

When they got outside, Vera tried to explain herself but Bella has her mind made up..As they were about leaving, they bumped into Celina and Jesse.

"You guys ate here? Celina asked..

"Yes, can't we? Vera asked...

"We didn't eat here" Bella bluntly said... "Why try to form even in this situation? Bella asked then left her.

"Guess Idris didn't give you his black card today" Jesse said then went inside with Celina

"What will you like to have? Jesse asked as he handed her the tabloid.

"This, this and then this" Celina said, taping the tabloid..

"Thank u" Jesse told the waiter when he handed the tabloid back.

"They make nice dishes" Jesse said..

"They should" Celina said then looked around..

"A place designed in this setting, they ought to do well" She said..

After some time, their order came in.

They dug into the food in silence..before Jesse broke the silence.

"You like it? He asked

"Mm" Celina nodded then drank water.

"About the birthday party" she started..

"What about it? Jesse asked as he drank water...

"Whose is it? Celina asked...

"Sarah Millstone" he said.. "it's her birthday tonight and she prepared a grand celebration for it" He explained..

"She likes everything grand and stylish" He said..

"Will everyone be invited? Celina asked..

"Specific people..of very high class" He said..

"I see" Celina replied with a nod.

"Eat up" he said..

Celina was showering while Jesse was already dressed..

"The gift? He said then looked around for where he placed it..

"Here you are" he said when he found it, then place it on the bed..

It was wrapped, with other gifts that he arranged..

Celina came out in her undies then put on her gown..

"Come on Jesse" Celina called out.

"Yes" he answered them came forward..

"Help me with the hook" she asked..

The dress was a sparkling blue gown with stones all over it for design.

It had a long spilt from her thigh down to her foot..the back was open. It already had hook around the neck.

"Stop that" Celina said struggling with her breath..

"You like it" he asked..

"Won't you like to attend the party? Celina asked..then Jesse Smirked..

"After the party then" He said then withdrew back..

She walked to the bed and saw the things that was arranged on the bed.

She laughed lightly then turned to Jesse. "What's all this? She asked smiling..

"My love? He said then they laughed together..

"Open up" he said.. "they are yours" he added.

Celina unwrapped the first, it was a glass heel.

"Wow, this..." She was short of words.. "is pretty" she complimented..

"Not prettier than you" he replied.. "Awwn"

She opened the other one it was a bracelet. He came forward and placed it around her wrist.

"It's a sign that you are my woman" he said then pecked her wrist and kissed her on the lips..

"Thank you" she said then hugged him..

"I deserve the best too" she said in her mind.
