CHAPTER FOUR.

"Celina" Idris calls out while Vera folds her hands.. Celina starts laughing, leaving both of them shocked.

"Is the situation here funny to you? Vera asked surprised.."Gosh, you guys are too much. What a surprise" Celina said.. "how did you guys come up with this idea? It really shocked me" Celina added.."seems like you guys knew I was coming over, then planned it all out. Who brought up the idea? You? She asks pointing at Idris "Or Vera? She asks again.

"Get your acts together, this is reality"Vera said "I won't waste my time playing such silly jokes" She added.. "Come on, this joke is no longer funny..you guys can quit the act now" Celina said with a serious face.

"Everything you heard is true" Idris finally spoke "we have been a thing for a while now" he added..

"What?? Celina shouts.."come on, just say it's a joke. Our wedding is tommorow"Celina said shaking idris.."I'm being serious" He said.. "I didn't just know what to do or how to tell you that I was inlove with Vera"

"Our wedding is tommorow" Celina said while tears flowed down her face..."Are you still gonna be saying this? She asked.. "You cheated on me Idris and you are boldly saying it infront of me. Don't you feel ashamed? She asked..as she broke down in tears.." Vera what's this about? Come on we are best friends" Celina said. "I didn't mean for you to find out this way but it just happened" Vera said then sat down on the cushion.. "the only solution now is to cut off the wedding" Vera suggested.."but thinking about it, cutting the wedding off will make people ask questions" Vera said then added "I have a suggestion guys, listen and tell me what you think? She said smiling.."Stop it" Celina shouts in a rage.. "Just stop talking, you are making me lose my mind, hold it up" Celina said. "Are you not gonna apologize..like " Celina am sorry" or something of a sort"Celina shouts while crying.. "at least I will feel you have regrets but you are still full of yourself" Celina said..

"Are you gonna marry a man that doesn't love you? Vera asks "to be sincere I don't have a little bit of regret" Vera added.."You know why? She asks.. "You stole him from me" Vera shouts out. "At least I was merciful and decided to share but right now, we all are on crossroads" Vera said....

Celina runs into the bedroom and locks the door..

"Let's give her time, she will get over it" Vera said then relaxed on the cushion. "You shouldn't have said all that, her finding out this way is already painful and you added more to it with your words" Idris said "You are pitying her? Funny folks" she commented. The next thing they heard was things crashing. Someone screaming from the bedroom.

"God" Idris shouts then starts banging on the door. "Celina you need to stop, don't harm yourself..come out let's find a solution"Idris said still banging..

After some moments the noise stopped. Idris sighed out of relief then sat down in the cushion.

The door opened then Celina came out. They stood up at seeing her.

"Let's still carry on with the wedding" Celina said.. "what? Vera shouts.."after all this? She added.

"It doesn't matter, there mustn't be love in a marriage. I will gladly accept it" Celina said then was about leaving. "I know you are hurt because not just your heart is broken but your pride ." Idris said..then Celina turned..

"I'm glad you know that" She replied.."plus you planned out alot on this wedding" He continued.. "but we can't carry on with it"

"What do you mean? Celina asks.. "things are already weird between us. Marrying will be worst" he explained.

"So what are you getting on? Celina asks..

" So the wedding plans won't be a waste, instead of it being you and I on the altar. Let it be I and Vera" He said..

"Perfect" Vera replied clapping her hands.
