CHAPTER 5.

My uncle came close and sat beside Gregory. He looked at me and I gave him back the look he wanted. I wasn't going to disobey him, but I wasn't also going to allow him to get his way through me. Just like Brian said, I was doing all this because I think I owe him my life for being there for me, But there are things I would never allow him to decide for me. I wanted him to feel how grateful I am for everything he did for me, he was my uncle and my father's brother, he is my family and he also has a say in his pack, but to a very limited extent.

"I heard we have a guest here, so I came to pay my respect. You didn't send any information that you would be coming here today, we would have prepared something good for you!" Uncle said to Gregory.

With a smile

"I apologize for it! It was very important so I had to come here immediately. I'll get straight to the point. I was telling Alpha Nican that Uncle and his daughter were held against their will here, so I came to take them back with me and a promise that they would never come here?" Gregory explained.

"And did you know what they did? You know we don't do something that doesn't have a reason" uncle asked.

"According to the information I got! They didn't do anything that deserves them in prison. My uncle just wanted to follow the moon goddess' will, but the young Alpha rejected her for another person, that's not a good reason for them to stay in the prison!" Gregory fired back at my uncle. I smiled inwardly, I loved the way he was talking back to my uncle, nobody ever dared talk to him that way, but Gregory wasn't afraid.

"Your uncle wanted to go against the Alpha's order and according to the rule of this pack, it is a sin!" Uncle answered.

"I don't think it is a sin! I wasn't angry that he went up against my will, I have already sent my order for him to be treated, and I think they are on it, so uncle, you don't need to worry, I am not angry and if he wants to take them back with him, then I give him my order to do so!" I replied.

"You are making a very big mistake Alpha Nican, do you know how other pack are dying to be like us, and his pack is one of them, what is he is a spy?" Uncle asked. I looked at Gregory, who had a "I don't understand" expression written all over his face.

"And If I was a spy, do you think I would come in like this! I have heard so much about you, but I didn't know I would meet you like this some day, it's nice meeting you!" Gregory said. I looked at Brian and back to my uncle and Gregory.

"I don't have anything to do here, I just want to take my uncle and his daughter back home with me!"

"I'm sorry! We can't give them to you, because they are our hostage, I'm sure your father doesn't know you are here, cause he would be very angry with you!" Uncle Fernando said.

"My father? He doesn't have to Know all my business, my Father doesn't control me, I do what I want and if it's right he would tell me to go on, I'm sure you understand what I am saying!" Gregory added. Uncle stood up and looked at Gregory.

"I see you are trying to go hard with me right? Do you think I can't do anything to you?" Uncle asked.

"It's enough Uncle Fernando! I have the right to decide if he goes to see her or not!" I half yelled. I stood up and walked to my uncle.

"Is it right for me to allow him see her?" I asked. I wanted to know his decision, I'm not a little kid that won't understand what Gregory meant by what he said to my uncle. Yes! I have noticed something odd about my uncle, and I have a plan of my own, I don't want him to know I am beginning to doubt him, I just want him to keep playing with him, and I would follow the beat, until I get to know what I have been longing to know.

"He doesn't have any right to see him!" Uncle said and I smiled.

"You can go now uncle, I won't allow him see her!" I replied. Uncle Fernando bowed to me and left.

"Is this your decision? Not allowing me see her? Let me tell you a piece of advice, if you don't follow your heart, you might regret it later, I don't think you are the only one who doesn't know that your.."

"You don't need to give me that advice, I know what I am doing and I don't need anyone's opinion!" I interrupted.

"Nican! Are you not going to let them go?The young girl and her father didn't do anything wrong and you just said it, so why are you Keeping them here when they aren't doing anything for you?" Brian asked, I walked close to Gregory.

"And who said I am not going to allow you see her?" I asked and he looked at me in surprise.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"You want to see her right? Then let's go!" I said and was about to make a first step, but he held my on the shoulder and looked at me.

"I am not a little kid anymore, Uncle Mark has thought me so many things and I know the do and don't! You are allowing me to see her against your uncle will, what is your condition?" He asked and I smiled, he really is smart, now I see someone who has the same foresight with me.

"My condition is…!"
