Chapter 6: Evil plot against the kingdom

william was preparing to call the old man out for the outrageous price But suddenly 3 extremely skinny Children that looked almost starved came into the alley and called for the old man "Master we should go find food before we starve" The old man sighed "Little disciples don't worry after today we won't have to worry about money anymore as long as this kind" the old man then looked at william"like i said young man i'll sell you the only copy of "Body refining to godhood" for exactly 2000 coins" the old man seemed extremely confident in the price but in reality he was really worried he would starve William looked at the young children as his past life appeared in his mind and then at the old man "Since i don't know what the book does 2000 gold i-"Before william could finish talking The old man broke character and rushed to offer a different price "2-20 gold please i might not know the secrets of this book but it's definitely good,Please don't leave these children to starve i'm willing to starve but i can't let them do the same" William brought out a Bag of gold coins and continued"Please let me finish, I'll give you 5000 gold for the book and also for the children not to starve" The old man went stiff as a single tear went down his cheek when he caught the bag of golden coins And as his tears continued to flow he called out to william that had grabbed the book and walked away "W-wait Young man would you please hear this old man's story" William sighed but still walked back and sat down in front of the old man and started to listen to the old man "*Cough* *Cough* A few thousand years ago this old man Ryoji Chingaku was known as the blossom Sword saint, i was Called the most talented youth in a thousand years in my younger days And no matter who you asked they would vouch for my kindness and eagerness to help the weak *cough* You are probably wondering how i ended up like this it all started when one wanted Criminal broke into my Family castle And attempted to assault my wife But she proved too strong for him so he grabbed My daughter and kidn*pped her, and After my return i was devastated by this news so i took my sword and embarked on a journey to find my daughter and after finally finding her in the ancient Ruins the criminal was said to be hiding in i slew the evil Criminal who kidn*pped her But just as his head touched the floor A giant demonic red Shadow came out of his corpse Saying it would take revenge for its disciple and suddenly the ruin doors started to shut and So i did all i could to escape with my daughter in hand and sped towards the doors with all my might but in the end i could only throw my daughter out of the ruins leaving myself trapped there and after a long long battle with the red demon i defeated him but in the end i succumbed to my wounds and Fell down dead But then I woke up In an extremely Old and frail body with none of my plum blossom energy left leaving me powerless and after looking around i noticed that there was a Curse mark on my heart Reading out as the words "Eternal Suffering" meaning that the red demon had cursed me with an undying Zombie body while it escaped.............after i came out of the ruins it was a few thousand years later and exactly a month ago the only thing i found in the ruins was that book in your hands, and as for these children i decided to take them as disciples since they were extremely compatible with my sword technique they were Orphaned beggars With nowhere to go so i took them in but i soon found out the world was no longer kind as no one would help us or offer us a hand until i met you This is a debt i could never repay But once my Powers fully recover In 1 Year I will return here and follow you " William hugged the old man"Don't worry about paying me back just live a good life, I'll be off then" William walked away and made his way home with the book in hand.

In front of the small house Was a large golden and white carriage with a gryphon symbol on it and in front of the house Stood six knights in golden armor William recognized the symbol on the carriage and decided to walk in instead of asking questions but just as he reached the door one of the knights pointed a sword at him"You there you don't look like a farm peasant Who are you? and why are you here?" "I don't believe i have to answer questions just to get into my own Home Now please make way" one of The other knights looked Pissed off as the leading knight asked once again "Reveal yourself and you may enter,this is a security precaution to make sure you are not an assassin please cooperate while we're being nice" one of the other knights suddenly spoke out"Leader since when did we have to explain ourselves to commeners If he doesn't cooperate i'll assume he's an assasin and cut him down with this very blade"the leading knight answered "Shut up this is a serious mission we have to be extremely careful with Let's get rid him quickly while this silencing orb is in effect" he then threw an orb that broke and formed an Isolating Barrier around them all of the knights started to unsheath their swords when suddenly william started walking away towards the door of his house William said a few words as he walked"Do i look like i have time for you idiots, this is the last time i'll spare your lives so behave" The knights laughed and brandished their swords and ran towards william with killing intent But suddenly william looked back at them And with a few words from him "Coram Deo" the swords Flew out the knights's hands and returned to their sheaths while the barrier broke and william said a few words before entering the house "Like i said this is the last time i'll let you live".

Inside the house,

William asked his mother"mom Are ian and aaron and Anna back yet" His mother didn't answer so william went towards where he sensed her Only to Find a shocking scene On the couch William's mother was Serving tea to someone like normal but on the other side of the Couch Was a Beautiful Woman William had seen in this city and his Eyes were stuck unmovingly on the woman, Even though william does not know this yet but even if he said he was the second most handsome man on the plane none would dare to claim They were number one, William's mother noticed william staring "william you know it's rude to stare at people" the beautiful woman noticed William and looked back towards him but when she locked eyes with william She was even more shocked at his handsomeness than he was at her beauty They stood there for a few seconds until William's mother interrupted"*Cough* William come sit down she said she was here for you" William snapped out of it and Calmed himself before sitting down on the couch and asking"Lady i don't really know you why would you be here for me" The beautiful lady blushed and snapped out of it and Began to introduce herself to william "y-yes where are my manners i forgot to introduce myself My name is fiona GryphonWing I am the 9th Princess of the Kingdom Of Vagrath i am here on the orders of Father emperor to Present you the remaining items promised to you by my Brother jonathan" Fiona then brought out a Letter and an orb like object and handed them to willaim but william payed them no attention and knocked out his mother with the gentlest Touch before saying "Say princess you do know why your father sent You to present me these things right? i'm guessing you do so i'll make this short tell your father he can never control me or manipulate me into going under him" the princess Looked suprised but kept her composure"as you wish, i shall take my leave but before i leave let me explain a few things the letter doesn't go into, the school year will start in two years so don't forget to come in on time, at the start of the year you will be appointed to a Class based on your strength and level so be sure to train well since the Minimum for entry into the gifted class is Level 250, Lastly i look forward to seeing you at the school and please don't think about my father's intention in sending me here he Knew you would never accept a marriage for the purpose of your manipulation, I will now take my leave" the princess Walked out and left leaving William some things to Think about.. he first carried his mother to her bed and tucked her in, and after his dad returned from training and they talked for a bit he Went to his room And started reading the two books he had gotten today Starting with tattered five paged book,William read through this book for two hours Engraving it into his mind before starting to piece it together and complete the missing parts with his own understanding and genius intelect a feat not many are capable of or even have a shot to as william burned the book before beginning to practice it "The technique depicted in this book is Called "QI Cultivation" but i had to put together some of the missing parts using my understanding so it'll probably be harder to practice" William then sat in a lotus positon and Started to practice the technique though at first nothing happened a few minutes later a tornado of the forgotten energy "Ki" formed with william's forehead as the base, and transluscent blue energy started to enter william's body through the tornado on his forehead .

William stopped practicing and got up to review his gains "Hmm? At the center of my body an infinite Black space has formed and deep deep deep within that infinite space A small puddle has formed that should be the amount of "Ki" i have Collected after this time's practice, This should be the lowest of the 1st level of the technique that allows me to Augment myself to a certain degree using the mysterious energy that is "Ki" ,The 2nd level of the technique is to utilize that energy as i see fit and to completely Merge it with my body but to reach that level I need To first form a giant ocean of KI in the Infinite black space But for now the energy can still be used sparingly to Augment my own body to Inhuman levels This technique is barely useful for now but after a while it should be my strongest ability... " william then brought out the second book "oh! i should also start practicing the Second book "Body hardening to Godhood"

William read through the book for a while And then Summarised his findings "This technique allows the user to harden their body into unbelievable levels as if forging mythical steel though it requires a large amount of ores at the beginning to even begin practicing, For now i should go seek out a Large mountain range to begin the First stage" After thinking for a while william left the city in search of a suitable Mountain to practice in On the way he decided to Try using the small amount of ki in is body When he released the energy his already fast Running speed became at least 100 Times faster than before, William even thought "With this much speed It should be possible to reach the Royal Capital In less than an hour Of Running Instead of a month on horseback but for now i should save my ki for emergencies only and Continue using Sword energy For the rest of the trip" William then ran until he found a suitable Mountain and Made a Cave inside it and started to practice the "Body hardening to Godhood" technique, Suddenly The rocks of the mountain gathered and flew into william's Body At first the rocks Left deep large Wounds and injured william's body but he Grit his teeth and pushed through the pain.

AN HOUR LATER.

The rocks Left smaller wounds at this point, it still hurt like hell but william felt it getting better.

5 HOURS LATER.

the rocks no longer left wounds but the Pain was still there William started to feel the rocks were Returning into his body Instead of Intruding into it.

A DAY LATER.

Wiliam walked through the mountain he did not break it nor even scratch it he simply walked through it as if it was air as if it was part of him, William's body other than his hair had turned Into black rock, and he was now a man fully made of rock The next level Would be Iron but that would require much more Preperation for it .

William transformed his Body back to normal and put on his clothes When he suddenly heard a voice yelling "H-help..." it was a female voice yelling "Help me,Please someone save me" William suddenly accelerated at an extreme speed Towards the voice "This is Definitely Fiona's Voice What could have happened,didn't she Have guards Protecting her anyways I need to hurry and find out what's going on" A little later William Arrived in a forest And in front of him Was a shocking scene.

there was a Figure in black Floating slightly off the ground and in front of him The knights were fighting each other in fact it was four knights against one knight who stood in front of the princess Protecting her, William Wasted no time But instead of Unsheathing one of his four swords he Picked up a random branch and Moved at a speed no normal person could perceive And decapitated the Four knights and the Figure in black with them, William then gave the one knight a Healing potion and Helped the Princess up comforting her But to his surprise the Figure in Black was actually the only one Who's head had not touched the ground yet William was shocked, that had been his Strongest attack with his fastest speed but it did not even scratch The figure in the black robe ,The knight picked up the princess and ran away after being Signaled By william to Run away but the most unexpected person appeared and greeted william not noticing the Figure in black that was still lost in laughter It was William's sister Anna!! "William what are you doing here did you come Looking for me" William was Scared for Anna's safety So he acted Quick Jumping in front of her to protect her "Anna what are you doing here it's Too dangerous" Anna laughed "Oh i was here collecting herbs to brew some Healing potions and what do you mean Dangerous it's only us here Look i'm even Wearing the Protective Necklace you gave m-" Before Anna finished talking the Figure in the Black robe Tore off the robe Revealing themselves to Be a Demon woman with four large horns Demonic Looking Eyes And a Long black tail on her back Her body was Curvaceous with Large Towering breasts Barely Covered With her black Dragon like Demon scales" You lowly humans believe in yourselves too Much what did you think an attack with a branch would do to My demon Body Now offer your soul For Your pretentiousness" Anna was confused "William you never told me you had a Demon lady friend Could it be She's your Secret Love Affai-" Before She could Finish talking A Large Black Spike Pierced through her "You lowly human How dare You call me your Friend i'll have your head for that" William was Frozen at first his Older sister Anna was dead his beloved Sister was killed in front of his eyes and he couldn't even see te attack In this Moment of Despair William became frightningly Calm and only had a Death stare On his Face as he pulled out an iron sword and focused his sword aura to the limit until the previously dim and bland sword aura turned blood red signaling his breakthrough into the [One with the sword] stage this was clearly the effect of his [Enlightenment] skill, he then Used his ki to Push himself To his Current Body's Absolute Limit and then Hardened his Body into The peak of the Black rock lastly he sent out multiple magic missiles and magic traps and fire arrows as he attacked the demoness Using every bit of his mana in the process in the end He looked at the figure in black With only death and Absolute terrifying calmness on His face and yelled out "Verbum: Coram Deo" but this did nothing for he was unimaginably weaker than the demoness, after this realization he released his Strongest attack he is Physically capable of, Currently he could Almost be able To completely Level the mountain he was previously training in as He Screamed out "DIE!!" as He released an onslaught of sword Slashes and the magic struck the demoness at an unimaginable speed As he then Grabbed Anna and Ran as fast as he could to try to save her even though he was Extremely Exhausted He entered the nearby Church And handed her to the nuns Along with his most expensive Elixir "Save her She was protected by the necklace so she shouldn't have taken much Damage due to the Attack Heal her Please! I need to go tell her i'll be back" William then ran Out And went after the Princess "It's hard to admit but my final Attack barely hurt her Damn it i'm too weak She should have went After the princess i need to save her before i give out and Faint" william ran and ran until He finally found the Princess still safe, he Picked her and the knight up and Ran with them towards the only place that could Protect them the Royal capital But then The Demon woman Appeared and Hit him to the ground Mid speeding Leap, After that the demon woman Started Expressing her anger as she gathered Energy into a spear in her hands before throwing it at them"You f*****g Piece of lowly human scum how dare you injure Me i will Return the favour and Kill your whole City making my men r**e your women And Killing your men While they watch in a month's time my army will arrive and you and your family will Suffer not even your corpse will survive i Will personally r**e and ravage your Corpse" She then threw the Spear at them with all her might William brought out all of his strength and punched towards the spear Blocking it While hurting himself he passes out but immediatly wakes back up, and at this point he had Zero Mana,Zero sword energy.Zero ki,Zero stamina he had even lost an arm He had nothing left but His Iron will as he crawled towards his sword on the ground and while he crawled he had a Breakthrough at the brink of death as he talked to himself "I can do this all i need to do is grab Onto this insight and breakthrough, i need to use [QI Cultivation] to gather energy autonomously while I function normaly, I need to Make it automatique, If i fail at this then I would be a Failure across two Lifetimes" As he crawled he used this moment of insight to make his Own new technique in a matter of seconds he had enough energy to walk he walked up to his swords grabbed them and yelled out "I did it" And said to himself the following " I'm a Genius i'm not a failure ,father would definitely be proud of me ,Now i need to Stall with Talking for a few minutes until i Gather enough energy to reach The Royal capital In one Burst" William Acted unscathed and asked the Demon woman a question with Both the princess and knight One in each hand being as silent as they can be"who are you and What is your objective here Demoness" The demon was shocked by how he could take her attack and come out unscathed " i admit i underestimated you but that's a one time mistake but since you are about to meet your end it wouldn't hurt to tell you who i am I am lilith van Cadren I am a general in the dark lord army Now it's time for you to meet your end my objective here is to Assasinate that princess in your hands and bring her head to the Dark lord,now that i've told you that, it's time for you to di-"Before she even Finished talking something indistinguishable Flashed Purple In front of her eyes Like lightning It was already Far far away in no time The lightning Went further and further getting faster and faster as it went along, that purple shadow was William speeding through in one burst It went so far the demon woman couldn't see it anymore so she accepted her failure and Flew off silently with Her anger nearly Materializing Into a solid.

Far far away in the direction of the Royal Capital.

Suddnely A GIGANTIC City floating high in the air appeared with four chains on each direction holding it to ground way below ,normally people would go through the Portal and come out at the center of the city But william was in a hurry So he ran towards the chains with a smile on his"It's completely autonumous it works without me having to activate it ,I am the incarnation of Speed" he ran up the Unbelievebly Long chains like a flash of purple lightning making it seem as if lightning had struck the chains but since the chains were so long William protected the two in his remaining arm with ki and sped Up even Further becoming A Flash of red lightning moving faster than sound he was even leaving sonic booms behind He ran up the chains and after a long while he finally reached the city and entered in a Flash He thought everyone was too slow until suddenly he bumped into an unmoving mountain that turned out to be a regular guy this Shocked william but he ran back up through the the Huge city but he noticed that everyone could see and dodge him while immersed in thinking William Almost bumped into a middle aged man reading a book But suddenly a hand grabbed his shoulder stopping him in his tracks like god himself had grabbed him he couldn't move at all suddenly the voice of a Nice woman rang out from behind"Kids these days never pay attention you should watch where you're going if you're going to Jog in the city, what if you hit the man in front of you Oh gosh! your arm is clean off and isn't that our princess you're holding" The man william was about to hit turned around and apologized "Ah sorry kid i'm too used to flying Off at the last moment so i didn't see you walking there" Wiliam said "Don't worry about it i'm at fault here but i really need to get going before i die of blood exhaustion" The woman let go of william as he ran towards the royal palace this time hurt in both his body and pride "What incarnation of speed i'm a fly in comparison to them i Forgot this was the city of a Billion Awakeners Most of them high level " After a while more of running William finally got to the palace and immedietly went to the throne room as fast as he could inside the throne room at this point were 5 people talking among themselves,The emperor sitting on his throne with his Giant body and slim muscular figure he truly was of giant descent and three of his sons and 2 of his daughters, of the princes william only recognized one of them Jonathan the one who bet with him before William flashed like red lightning into the room changing the expression of everyone but the emperor, William released the ki protection on the knight and the princess allowing the princess to run into her father's arms While the royal knight groveled on the floor Suddenly the royal knights ran into the room and surrounded William with 50 weapons aimed at him but William simply walked through With all the swords almost piercing him jonathan Suddenly yelled out"y-you w-why are you here look f-father emperor It's the one you told me to recruit but why is he here,he's even missing an Arm" While jonathan was talking Wiliam had walked up to the emperor's throne Even with the unimaginable Aura Of Humanity's Monarch he was unfazedBecause William I. Godrend is a man who has been face to face with both gods and Asuras so how could he fear a Human.

william was in no hurry as he pulled out a Cigarette and placed it in his mouth with the one arm he had left, it was clear that the habit from his Past life had returned, Suddenly the emperor moved a finger and the cigaratte was lit, William breathed it in and out and started talking to the Emperor"Thanks for that,Phew,I'm going into retreat for a litttle bit so Take care of my family in the meantime, and also keep these safe for me"

As he said that william threw the Emperor His 9 rings and Walked out of the royal palace while everyone Was still frozen stiff, Until Fiona began explaining the full story to the emperor who had the 9 rings floating in his hand.

The emperor laughed loudly with William's nine rings floating in his hand "HAHAHAHAHAHA! What a remarkable man With an Iron will I will await his return with high expectations, Issue an edict for the protection of his city specificaly his family, let them not lack a thing, and as for the demons's rebel Dark lord Leave that to This Monarch"

Later on.

In a*****e in the middle of the city William had just Bought ten years worth of Food and put it in a bag And brought out the dungeon Orb channeling his mana into it "No matter what happens i will return a Man with Pride in himself no longer a Slave as for that demon how dare she threaten me with r**e i'll get my revenge... "
