Chapter 2: New world of endless possibilities

Once raijin (now a newborn baby) opened his eyes he found himself in the arms of an old lady dressed like a nun, upon lookin around he found that the room he was in looked like it was from medieval times confusing him greatly the old lady then handed him to a beautiful blonde woman laying on the bed Exhausted like she had just ran a marathon the People around the bed were fidgeting and biting their nails nervously Until the old lady started Projecting Green light from her hands at the Beautiful blonde woman making raijin Feel extremely comfortable wherever the green light touched his body, Suddenly the blonde woman started breathing normally and her Complexion gradually returned to a Healthy one Prompting all the people in the room to jump in happiness, upon further inspection raijin noticed that there were 6 people in the room excluding his baby self, One tall man with blonde hair and scruffy beard Holding the hands of two young boys With similar blonde hair to him, and a little girl siting on the side of the bed holding the beautiful blonde woman's hands and asking the old nun "Mother june will my mommy be okay now?" the old lady stopped projecting the light and smiled at the young girl" Don't worry my child now that i've healed her, her and your new baby brother should be just fine, now i'm afraid i'll have to take my leave " And with that the old lady started to leave, the blonde man with the scruffy beard expressed his thanks while she was leaving "Thank you again Mother june, i don't know what would have happened if not for you" after the old woman left, the man sat near his wife on the bed and kissed Baby raijin's forehead the man then spoke merrily "He looks just like you honey even though his hair has black strands here and there, he still looks just like you, Now what will his name be" the man then looked at his three children "Any suggestions?" the boys were the first to answer the older one said "How about Alrage like the king" the younger one added "Or, or like the Wizard Alakan" The man laughed "hahaha those names don't really fit our family too much so let's hear what your sister thinks" The little girl thought for a minute before saying "Let's name Him William like the hero so he can protect his big sis when he grows up" "that's a good name so Let's go with William, William Godrend sounds great" The beautiful blonde woman Added "Wait james Let's add a middle name too an I like grandpa Which makes His full name, William I. Godrend My cute little son" The one armed man named james then picked up Raijin and lulled him to sleep.

This whole time Raijin was still understanding his new situation and his thoughts were "So i've turned into a baby and i'm in a completely different world by the looks of it, i need more info"

8 years later.

William was reading a book about Monsters and their different types as he watched his dad Train his swordsmanship "Dad do dragons really exist?" James answered while pointing at where his missing arm would be "they sure do my arm was actually bitten off by a Giant black dragon after we fought" william was still as genius as before and only asked to confirm his thoughts about the world he thought to himself "it seems this world really is magical like the books said" Suddenly a small toddler came out of the small house and came up to william prompting william to pick him up "Oh Marcus do you want to read with me too, don't let the monster pictures scare you your big brother here will protect you no matter what"

6 years later.

William had made an insane discovery about this world is that it's divided into three types of people with powers and he now helps his father around the farm whenever he isn't training in swordsmanship with his father because it turns out william is an extremely talented genius at the sword and after james noticed this he began to train him nonstop and his two brothers have also left to the Awakener's academy after ian awakened as an offensive Magic user and aaron as a defensive magic user leaving only him and his older sister with their parents at home, it was boring but william and his older sister anna were close siblings as she nicknamed him "little hero" so whenever william was free they read books together at the library.

2 years later.

William's talent in the sword was clear as he had achieved the [Sword intermediate] level in only 2 short years shocking even his father who was also a talented powerful swordsman and Anna Awakened as a Healer type magic user and reluctantly left home to train at the Church of clerics Leaving only william and Marcus along with their parents at home.

1 year later.

William began teaching the 12yr old Marcus how to use the spear as he had chosen it Meanwhile william achieved the [Swordsman] level taking his first step into the path of the sword as well as setting an unbeatable record in talent as he reached it in less than One year.

1 YEAR LATER.

William was at the door of his home with bags on his back and his parents saying goodbye to him with tears in their eyes after saying his goodbyes William put his hand on the 13 yr old marcus's shoulder who was now a [Spear Practitioner] "While i'm gone i'm counting on you to help dad with the farm and take care of both of them for me, can i count on you?" Marcus hugged his brother "I'll do everything you said big brother so make sure to come back quick and bring me lots of gifts" William nodded and got on a horse and as the horse ran out of the farm William was Thinking of his two lives as he embarked on the first step of his journey.

My name is William Indra Godrend in my past life i was Jin raijin My father is james godrend and my mother is emma godrend i have Two older twin brothers Ian and aaron and an older sister anna and My cute little brother Marcus, and we are a family of Farmers.

since today is my 18th birthday i'm going to make a journey to the Awakening mountain in order to awaken, I didn't know anything about this journey until i read a book 2 years ago called "important knowledge not to forget" that explained this world to me, the short version is this planet is named etyk and is more than a hundred times larger than earth the book went into more detail explaining the following :

"Planet etyk is divided into 5 Continents with a kingdom on each The kingdoms are:

-The human kingdom Vagrath: The race with the most potential and overall talent

-The demon kingdom Necropia: The race with the most durable natural bodies with high defense stats the moment they're born and highest affinity with Dark magic(not evil but competetive)

-The elven kingdom gaiacik: The race with Highest affinity with all magics other than dark magic also very skilled with bows

-The dwarven kingdom Creatior: nicknamed the "Gods of Blacksmithing" A race with extremely high affinity for blacksmithing and crafting

-The Beast people kingdom Primalerg: The most physically Strong Race and have a reputation as the "Gods of f*****g" with Primal lust an innate ability to find their Mates by intuition

Even though there are 5 different Intelligent species, there is Almost No Racism between the different races And all the kingdoms are in a friendly relationship with each other, Other than that the World is divided Into two:

Awakened: People that made the pilgrimage to the awakening mountain, those who make the pilgrimage on their 18th year can either become a Magic user or Awaken a Verbum, not much is known about Verbums other than their overwhelming strength, and rarity only 0.01% of awakeners receive one, the Awakening allows people to use the system to achieve Unlimited strength as long as they work hard enough for it and their life span also increases as they level up after you visit the Mountain in the middle of the five Continents and awaken you are officially an Awakener.

Non-Awakened: The normal folk that didn't Awaken any power or Verbum and don't practice Swordsmanship.

4 MONTHS LATER.

A young man with Long tied pitch black hair had just arrived at the Sword mountain after a long solitary pilgrimage that took him 4 months. Who knows what fate has in store for this one William I. Godrend.
