Chapter 10:Breakingthrough and Taking the test

A DAY LATER.

At the mansion william's mother was fully healed and his brothers had already woken up so it was time to have a Family meeting to discuss what they were going to do next.

William was late to wake up so he arrived late and in front of him was a Large table with His father at head of the table on his right was william's mother and on the right were william's older Brothers and his sister was sitting at his mother's side but When william entered the room both of his Blonde older brothers Got up and moved giving him the Closest seat to their father, as william sat down the family was now only missing Marcus who would be returning from his spearman academy in two days time, To start off they quickly found out that their problems can mostly be solved with money after this realization William came forward and brought out his Spatial ring"Since Money is the issue here i might just be able to help" he handed the ring to his mother "There is a sum of 25 million gold Coins in here dump them out in the vault and activate the Protection barriers" Everyone gulped at the same time When they heard the amount of money, William's Mother Carried the ring slowly and as she walked off william's father brought up the next problem "Now that that's taken care of we should get to the next issue,You guys's Awakener paths and what you're going to be doing next" William came forward again"I can also help with though it depends on you guys's Levels" William's sister was excited proudly pronouncing her level"Your big sis is level 272, i'm super strong now though since i'm a combat healer type magic user " Next was Ian "I'm an offensive shadow magic user and my level is 278" Aaron seemed proud of himself "I'm a level 302 Light magic user" William was slightly shocked and gave his father a serious look "Father How exactly were we Farmers When all of us have Awakened, and have genius level talent, even if you lost an arm with your high level you would at least be a Royal knight" James thought for a bit and was clearly considering Something.

Suddenly after william's mother returned and a bit of Awkward Silence william's Father(James) Spoke up"This is a very deep secret that has to do with our Ancestors and your grandfather's final Wish ,this is all i can say for now,But if you can reach level 500 in the next year then i might tell you more i know it sounds like i'm stalling but this secret Requires Enough Strength to bear its Weight" William was still confused but he returned to the point "Your levels are impressive and with them i should be able to get you guys into the Royal Awakeners Academy!"Everyone started Smiling unconsciously until Ian brought up an important point "I know that everyone's happy but how are we going to deal with the Altoms" Aaron apologised " I'm sorry everyone this whole thing was my fault if i hadn't insisted on proposig to annabell then none of you would have gotten hurt , and who knows what could have happened if william didn't arrive in time.......I'll take responsibility for everything so just leave it to me" everyone looked gloomy as this was a difficult problem as the altom family had more money status and authority than them Until once again william came forward and reassured everyone "you don't have to worry about that i've already taken care of everything though it did accidentally cost me a part of my soul Anyways the source of the problem that woman Rosalin is gone, and from what i've heard the rest of the family are quite kind so we should be fine but if push comes to shove i can just ask the emperor for help but for now i'm going to go rest" as william got up his father also got up to leave "Good work son, and i'm sure your siblings won't waste this Chance, Anyways i need some time to uhh r-rest So you all can go back to your rooms" Everyone left as william's father picked up their mother and ran off to their room While The siblings acted blind as they returned to their Respective Rooms.

William finally had time to reflect on his journey and Consolidate his strength Starting with his [QI Cultivation] that had reached a Bottleneck.

Inside William's QI Sea.

in a nigh infinite Dark space an equally endless Ocean raged trying to break the dark space but even the largest waves were stopped by the barrier and this was the time for william to break that barrier, He first focused The whole Ocean of QI making it as calm as can be Before he then Made several Titan sized spears from the Liquid qi and launched them one by one at the barrier Until eventually it Started to c***k but even then it was still Healing itself so there was only one Course of action left.......William Turned the Whole sea of QI Into a Single Megatonic spear that would open the supposed gates to heaven in william's body, The spear flew forward with unimaginable speed and destructive Force and completely shattered the Barrier .

Suddenly william's body Floated through the roof and shone golden as his body floated in mid air While lightning struck his body, and overwhelmed him with a giant ocean of QI entering his Meridians Suddenly Causing the Black ooze to Come out of His 12 Meridians as they opened one by on, After every meridian was opened it's now Time for William to form his QI palace In Place of the Infinite black space, inside william a Tiny ancient Japanese house Was formed This tiny house would grow and become more luxurious and Eventualy turn into a DIVINE WORLD signaling the start of the 3rd level of [Qi Cultivation].

A FEW HOURS LATER.

William woke up only to find his bed sheets completely black and smelling like an animal had died in them "this should be the cleansing of the meridians, i Really have achieved the 2nd level of [Qi Cultivation] Wait! does this mean i can Finally...." William jumped Really really high into the sky But instead of falling back to the floor as usual he Actually just stood there suspended in the Sky as if he belonged there "hahahaha! I'm doing good so far next i should try to move but slowly so i can still control myself" William swayed from side to side slowly as he Slightly maneuvered himself forward with Extreme carefulness and controled his speed slowly,He kept doing this for a few hours until it felt natural to him.

5 HOURS LATER.

william could now move at low speeds naturally as if he's walking on the ground, Levitating was now normal and Effortless for him He could fall and for as long he was conscious his body would Automaticaly Stop and float meters from the ground, he then decided to push himself a little as he Tried moving faster But to his suprise moving at a fast pace while maintaining perfect control was one of the hardest things he had ever one Taking him A few days without touching the ground just to Completely Master flying, and though this might sound Shockingly quick but to the Talented freak of nature that william is it was simply too slow.

William landed back in his room through a hole he accidentally made at the start of his Flying escapade but he returned as a Master of flight, he had in fact gotten so used to it to it he had to manualy stop flying and start walking, before he could start to Focus his thoughts William picked up an empty notebook and began to write his findings.

an hour later.

William was finally done"So to summarise the way i can fly is due to my QI having completely fused with my flesh and bones and even hair every bit of me has merged with my QI so when i manifest my qi outside and Completely cover my body with a thin layer of qi i can Propel myself in the air at high speeds, if i follow these Principles then does that mean the more qi i add the Thicker and stronger the layer gets also allowing me to move even Faster but this is just a Theory, a theory..i'm going to put to the test right now" William put down the notebook and Focused on the thin layer of qi And added more qi to it but a moment after he added the qi the thin layer just burst But william expected this "Like i thought the only limit is My control over the QI but with this i've made sure that its definitely Possible so i'll definitely get there Eventualy" after that William Decided to pay a visit to the biggest Awakener's Store to get ready for the Royal awakeners academy's test he was going to take Tomorrow.

15 MINUTES LATER.

william finally reached the store on the other side of the giant City, the inside of this store was divided into 5 large walls each pertaining to something, with hundreds of magic scrolls and armor sets along with Swords and Runestones and the smallest side was For alchemy pills, keep in mind that Cultivation is a Dead art only practiced by william So Other than Leveling up, and raising your stats and just plain old physical/magical training there only two ways for normal awakeners to get Stronger at a fast pace, One is to Fight monsters and push yourself to the limit to get stronger increasing your stats without consuming distributable skill points this method is the same as Normal training it's just many times faster, The second method is to Consume Alchemist pills pertaining to Body,magic or other kinds of strengthening these pills are very very rare Since they're Grade 6 pills, andpills are divided from 1ST grade to 12TH grade, anything above 5th grade is hard to come by and is usually sold for extravegant prices so William did not have much hope of finding any so decided to leave his search for pills until he was done buying everything else he needed so he walked up to the Store clerk and handed him a list of what he needed exactly, william had already calculated the amounts he things he needed so it didn't take the clerk long to gather everything.

10 MINUTES LATER.

the clerk and a group of the store owners brought out the following and layed it out in front of william:

-20 high-level Healing Elixirs(just in case)

-Monster incubation Orb(Awakeners often find monster eggs in dungeons so the wizards created an orb specifically for the incubation/Taming of said monster eggs)

-Monster growth Feed(the motto is "for a powerful quick growing Monster companion")

-10 tons of Platinum Ore

-2 Body strengthening Pills(these were really hard to find)

William payed the 250,000 Gold coin bill, and also got a bonus in the form of a map from the store due to his big purchase, he then headed home.

William took the egg he got in the dungeon and placed it in the incubation orb and forgot about it, and as he swallowed the two Body strengthening pill he bought earlier William went to sleep Content with his day....

THE NEXT DAY.

William showered, brushed his teeth, and put on a Fresh set of clothes, his clothes were completely white with Golden accents and a Gryphon symbol on the Wrist cuffs, William then headed off to the Royal Awakener's Academy along with his siblings in order to take the test.

A FEW MINUTES LATER.

In front of the Godrend siblings was a giant academy composed of 5 large individual buildings all forming a Sakura symbol,the way the test was set up is That the examinees go through one of the doors in front of them based on their levels, for example william's siblings all entered the door with "level 150-300+" on it and William entered the door labeled "350-500+" after william entered he found that there were 4 stalls in front of him divided by the level of the Examiner the Examinee would have to face and based on what level you choose the Higher more priviliged class you would be able to enter, As usual william chose the Hardest stall with"500-650" on it , there were a few people in front of him so he had to wait a little before he could take the test.

A WHILE LATER.

only 30 something people had passed the test on this stall after the whole day of hundreds of people testing so william was excited to fight, and it was finally his turn.

Inside the testing arena past the stall.

in front of william stood a fiery red haired man only slightly taller than william who's already more than 6 feet tall this man was Muscular and burly and on his large back sat two double edged Axes sharp and ready to cause destruction, Even william felt the aura Of danger from this man as he walked up to him and gave his greetings but the man was not interested at all"Don't bother with the pleasentries and let's get your test done with, all you have to do is survive my attacks for 15 MINUTES and you pass, make sure to protect your life for no one else will"

the man then swung his axes with full power at william, The two axes were like heaven's wrath as they came down onto william He could only...............
