Lyssera's POV That night, it rained heavily with thunder. The temperature grew colder. It had been a long time since it last rained in this pack. I didn’t turn off the bedroom light but could see the blazing light in the sky through the window, whose gray curtains I’d pulled aside. I curled up in fear, the blanket covering me, but I couldn't look away from the window. I desperately wanted to follow my heart.
