Riley
Morning light hit the kitchen like nothing had changed. I poured cereal and tried to act normal, but my neck still carried Jax’s mark under my collar. Every move reminded me of the shower, his hands, his voice calling me a good boy.
Jax walked in wearing a crisp white shirt and dark pants, looking every bit the CEO. He stopped behind me, close enough that his chest brushed my back.
“Morning, little brother,” he said softly, hand sliding down my side before he reached for a mug. His fingers squeezed my hip.
I jumped. “Jax, stop. They’re back.”
Our parents had returned early from their trip for a quick stop before another week away. Mom was humming at the stove, and Dad was reading the paper at the table.
Jax just smirked and sat across from me. Under the table, his foot hooked around my ankle. I shot him a warning look. He raised an eyebrow, daring me.
“Boys, you’ve been getting along so well,” Mom said with a big smile as she served eggs. “I’m so proud. This is exactly what we hoped for.”
“Yeah,” I said, forcing a smile. “Really great.”
Jax’s foot slid higher up my leg. I nearly choked on my coffee. After breakfast, my parents left for a short meeting in the city. The second their car pulled away, Jax changed. He cornered me against the fridge and kissed me deep, hands roaming under my shirt.
“You’ve been hard since breakfast,” he whispered. “Don’t deny it.”
I pushed at his chest, half-hearted. “We can’t keep doing this. It’s too risky.”
But I kissed him back anyway. Later that afternoon, Jax insisted on driving me to campus for my afternoon class. I tried to say no, but he already had the keys.
The car ride started innocently enough. Then his hand landed on my thigh.
“Jax,” I warned, glancing at the road. “Focus on driving.”
His fingers squeezed. “I am focused.” They moved higher, rubbing slowly. My breath hitched. By the time we reached the quiet campus road, his hand was between my legs, palming me through my jeans.
“Pull over,” I gasped.
“No.” He unzipped me with one hand, eyes on the road. “You can take it.”
He freed me and started stroking, slow and tight. I gripped the seat, moaning. Then he leaned over at a red light and took me in his mouth. Wet heat surrounded me. His tongue swirled. Cars passed us. My hand fisted in his hair as he sucked harder, risky and perfect.
“Jax.. f**k, I’m close..”
He pulled off right before I came, licking his lips. “Save it for later. Go to class like a good boy, all wrecked for me.”
I stumbled out of the car, legs shaky, c**k aching, face flushed. I barely made it through class.
When I got home, Leo was waiting on the porch. My best friend since high school, loyal and sharp-eyed.
“You look like s**t,” he said, hugging me. “And what’s that on your neck? Riley, what’s going on? You’ve been weird lately. Is it Jax? Is he giving you problems again?”
I laughed nervously. “We’re fine. Really. Just… adjusting.”
Leo didn’t look convinced. “Call me if you need anything, okay? I don’t trust that guy.”
Inside, another surprise waited. Jax’s business rival, Victor, had stopped by unannounced. Tall, sharp suit, smug smile. They talked in the living room while I pretended to read a book nearby.
“Still playing the perfect son?” Victor said quietly. “Everyone knows about your wild days before the company. The parties. The men. One wrong move and the board will eat you alive.”
Jax’s jaw tightened. “Stay out of my personal life, Victor.”
Victor glanced at me and smirked before leaving. The words stuck with me. That evening, our parents came back for dinner before leaving again. The table was full of laughter and questions.
“You two seem closer than ever,” Dad said proudly. “Jax, you’re really stepping up as the big brother.”
I smiled tightly and slid my foot against Jax’s under the table. He pressed back, eyes dark with promise. My heart raced the whole meal.
After they finally left for the airport, the house felt too quiet. Jax found me in the hallway and pulled me straight to his bedroom.
The door barely closed before we were on each other. He pushed me onto his bed, stripping my clothes fast. His mouth was hot on my skin, leaving fresh marks on my chest and stomach.
“Been thinking about this all day,” he growled.
He took me in his mouth, deep and skilled. I moaned loudly, hips lifting. He held me down, edging me again and again, bringing me close, then stopping until I was shaking.
“Please, Jax,” I begged, voice broken. “I need you.”
He climbed up, kissing me. “Say it again.”
“I’m yours. Please.”
In that quiet moment after, while we caught our breath, Jax rested his forehead against mine. His voice turned softer. “It’s not easy, you know. Being the perfect son. The perfect heir. Hiding who I really am. I’ve wanted this… wanted you… for longer than I should admit.”
I touched his face. For the first time, he wasn’t just the arrogant stepbrother. He was real. Vulnerable. Mine.
“I see you,” I whispered.
Heat built fast again. He positioned himself between my legs, hand stroking me, eyes locked on mine. He was about to push inside, finally take me all the way.
Then we heard it, the front door opening downstairs. Voices..Mom and Dad. They were back early.
“s**t!” I whispered.
Jax’s hand was still on me. Our clothes were scattered across the floor. No time to hide. No time to fix anything..
