All the students wore a bewildered expression. It can only be expected of a man that fought a war all by himself.
"Yeah, that's right. I can plunge almost anything into darkness with my magic. Dark magic is usually associated with darkness, but it goes deeper. It represents a person's suppressed evil intentions, and many other things. I can manipulate those intentions, causing them to implode and be choked by their own desires, resulting in their death."
"That means..." Castro said, his eyes wide open.
"... He held back." Jolie completed
"He set a boundary for himself and was determined not to pass that boundary... If not..." Xero said, his eyes wide open.
"I could've died... For real!" Castro muttered.
It seems Castro couldn't do much about how strong he was. His open eyes began returning to normal, but he was silent for a while... Zora's power feels like something he would never reach. Not that he gave up on his dream though, it just feels like he could never reach it. Also.....
"I can totally reach it!" Castro said, pouting.
An awkward smile surfaced on Xero's face. "I guess the "narrator" had ridiculed him..." Xero scratched his head.
"For today, you all are free... Tomorrow, we will start training. Dismissed." Zora said as he entered a black hole, his figure fading away into nothingness.
"Alright, free time!!!!" Everyone screamed in unison. They had been given a dorm where they'll stay for the duration of their training.
Everyone began leaving bit by bit, until there was no one left.

Zora's POV:
∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆
From the moment I met Castro, he had this aura around him... This seemingly impermeable aura was coming from his soul. I used my truth seeking eyes to peer into him to see his Mana flow. And I realized he had two!!! Two!!! I was shocked. I wondered what could cause such a phenomenon to occur. Could he have been born with two souls? That's impossible! But not entirely.
I then used my magic to peer into his darkness... And this boundless darkness, smiled at me! It laughed even...
It said:
"You've come to disturb me. I don't like uninvited guests... Do you, perhaps, want to die?!"
A primordial instinct from the depths of my soul surfaced. It was the fear of death. I felt fear from the depths of my soul.
Coated in sweat, I made an attempt to escape. I could not. He smiled at me maniacally.
"You can't go just yet... I haven't finished..."
Tears began falling from my eyes. I couldn't control them.
"Have mercy! Spare me!"
"You're not dead yet.... That's me showing mercy, fool!"
It shrunk down to my size and approached me.
"If you tell him about this... I'll kill you myself!"
I returned back to my body intact, surprisingly. Safe and sound at least... It was then I saw him supporting jolie that I went to meet him.
"With that boundless darkness in him... He could even kill me!"
Saliva ran down my dry throat in fear.

The next day...

In the morning, exactly before dawn, a bell rang in every room, signalling them to come out. They went to the centre of the colosseum, where they had fought before. Suddenly Zora appeared before them.
"Good morning warriors." Zora said, smiling form cheek to cheek
"Good morning, Sir Zora." Everyone said in unison, still tied and rubbing their faces to stay awak.
Zora sighed, while creating a black hole. It sucked some invisible energy into itself and closed up. Simultaneously, the students felt invigorated. He swept his hair backward and looked at them sympathetically.
"There, I've removed your sleepiness."
The students were astounded.
"As expected of Sir Zora! He can even expel sleepiness!"
"SAIKOU!!!"
Zora, almost getting a big head because of the admiration, smiled and waved awkwardly.
"Enough, let's start. First, we'll jog around for a bit, then we'll climb the tower over there."
He pointed at the tower at the side of the colosseum.
"Ok, let's go!!!!"
