When Ruby Jane walked out on me after accepting that she would end things with me to have her fun, I felt my chest tighten.
This was all new to me. I didn’t know it would affect me this much. My heart ached and the knots in my stomach tightened.
I watched her walk away from me and it felt as if something huge get my body. It took me some minutes before I got a hold of myself and went back to the party.
