Caitlyn's POV
Beth rushed over, her eyes wide with shock and disbelief. In her mind, I had never been this assertive before. But she quickly steadied herself, her gaze dismissive as she looked me up and down.
"So what if you've turned back into an alpha? I'm the leader now. I control everything here, Caitlyn. You're destined to be a loser," she sneered, her voice full of contempt.
Beth held her head high, her pride untouched. After Raymond took control of the Fang Pack and stripped her of her leadership, he didn't appoint anyone else. Seizing the opportunity, Beth had boldly taken the role of acting leader herself.
I stared at her coldly, the energy stone glowing in my hand. Beth's eyes widened as she felt its power, her body freezing in place. She couldn't move.
