The Silver Wolf The rogue returned to the mountain cavern long after sunset.The journey back had been slow. His shoulder still ached from the buck’s charge, and the forest had not made his escape easy. Roots had shifted beneath his feet and branches had snapped down across the path as though the territory itself had tried to stop him.
