Chapter seven: The plan

Once detective Peterson was outside, he almost collided with a female pulling her suitcase along. “Hello, is this the Price manor?” Looking at the strange woman, he nodded.

Leaving him at the stairs, The woman went to the house getting inside. The maids stopped her from going further.

“Have Donald Price here now. Tell him the lady of the house has arrived." Before she could go further, Donald was Infront of her and furious. “ You have some bloody nerve to show your face her after all these years. Talking about how your the lady of the house.

You can get the hell out of my house!" He shouted at her.

She just looked at him leaned and in to his ear and said “ I am here to see my son and if you try anything I will release the videos of what happened to your old business partners, I might have been a stripper back then but I was smarter and more vigilant than you gave me credit for." While they were glaring at each other there was a knock.

Donald groaned and asked himself how many people are coming to his house that day.

Arianna walked in and greeted everyone, “Uhm, Hello Mr Price and Miss. Is Hunter home ? He left Paris so suddenly that we didn't get to hang out as much as I wanted us to." Donald laughed and then looked at Arianna.

“Hunter, Sweetheart is upstairs with his so called wife doing as they please in my damn house." Arianna just said nothing and followed Alexis up the stairs. And then went to Hunter and Karla's room.

Getting to the door she heard Karla giggling and Hunter laughing inside. Once they seemed to be calming down she heard Hunter say“From now on everyone can admire you from a distance but only I can hug,kiss or be too close to you. Only me and you are mine and I am yours."

It seemed as if her heart had taken a heavy blow after Hunter's words, It was getting even harder accepting that Hunter is married and she isn't his wife. Before she even realized it, tears started running down her face.

Alexis came out of her bedroom to come see Arianna crying Infront of Hunter and Karla's room “ You know it's a form of weakness to cry over a man that was never truly your's. But you care about my baby right ? And you wouldn't want him sleeping next to a killer and him constantly be in danger right? " Arianna looked at her before nodding her head.

Alexis motioned for Arianna to follow her to her room.“ Okay, How do you know that Hunter is sleeping next to a killer? And what evidence do you even have to support that claim! Trust me when I say that Hunter will not believe you without solid evidence."

Alexis went to her suitcase to pull out a brown sealed envelope.“In here is evidence that Karla's parents were abusing her and that she was home at the time of the double murder and then got Hunter to spend the day with her after, Which is why the police never suspected her. Hunter has a golden reputation and she used that to her advantage. Hunter is oblivious to what she really is.We need to help him." Arianna sighed.

Even though she knows that Alexis is right that Hunter might be in danger sleeping next to a killer and that they could be in danger also. She was willing to do anything to become MRS Price. Since when she was young and people told her and Hunter that they will be perfect together she has been preparing to become the perfect wife and she will not let anyone take him.

“So what's the plan? She is a killer we can't just do this without a plan." Alexis agreed with her. “The plan is that we are going to anonymously send copies of what Karla has done to Detective Peterson, he is the new detective handling the case. And then show the rest to Donald and Hunter so that they both know who they have been living with all this time. But we have to do it while Karla is not here. She will sweet talk and manipulate her way out of this and somehow play victim and we can't let that happen."

The more Alexis talked the more Arianna realized how far Karla's manipulative ways have brought her. She sunk her claws so deep into Hunter that she had been able to commit murder and convince him to marry her.

“There's a problem with your plan, Hunter was at their house before or after the murders. He could have seen something and She was able to convince him it's nothing." Alexis nodded not understanding where this is going.

“Even if Hunter saw or heard something, he can't testify in court. Karla will be protected by the spouse law, He can't testify against his wife." “That won't matter sweetie there is more than enough evidence to put her away for life. All you should be worried about is how your going to be Hunter's shoulder to cry on and your wedding day and becoming MRS Price." They both smiled.
