"Chairman!"

she shouted as they entered his huge office.

"What do you want?"

He asked, not even looking at her.

"Can i ask where is my table?"

She asked him. He just rolled his eyes and pushed a button on the telephone.

"Althea Yu, come to my office ASAP."

The call wasn't even finished yet, someone already knocked on the door.

"I'm going in, Chairman."

Ethan looked at the door, seeing it disappear on his sight, meaning it moved.

"You summoned me, Do you need anything?"

Althea stopped in front of him. he looked at her and pointed Athena.

"Tell her everything she need to know." He told them off, gazing on his laptop. "Both of you can leave now."

"Is that all chairman?"

"Did I told you something more than that?"

"No, Chairman. We'll leave now."

Althea grabbed Athena's arms and dashed towards the door.

"that's freakin scary!!!!"

Althea gasped of air the moment they exited the room.

"Ehh? That's already scary for you?"

Athena asked her. Althea looked at Athena with ridicule.

"I guess you didn't know!"

She said, grabbing her again and putting her on a swivel chair next to a table near the chairman's office.

"He is a perfectionist, A sly dictator, Someone you should not mess up with or else you'll wish you just die! One wrong move, and you are done. I mean, your whole career."

Althea yelled at her with emphasis. Athena chuckled.

"He doesn't look like that intimidating for me."

Athena joked around, remembering how many times she gulped out of intimidation earlier.

"Tss... You're lucky he's not that bad when it comes to you since he need you for now. But i know for sure, when you are no longer usable, he will dump you immediately. That's how cruel he is."

She said rolling her eyes. Athena can clearly see how she despise her boss.

"But yeah, Thank god he is good looking and smart. because of him, this company was saved in a brink of bankruptcy."

Althea just shook her head to lessen her annoyance, finally gazing towards Athena's eyes and reaching her hands to her.

"i am Althea Yu. Assistant Director from the executive's office."

"Athena Saavedra. Nice to meet you-"

"Althea? We have the same name?"

"No- It's Athena."

"Athena?"

"yes."

"Okay! Nice meeting you Althea!"

Althea shook her hands. Athena just chuckled and shook her head.

"So what should i do?"

Athena asked her office mate.

"The chairman doesn't really need an assistant since no one can keep up with him so i think, It will be very very hard for you."

"R-Really?"

"yeah. The chairman told me to give you this."

She took a paper bag from her table and gave it to Athena.

"What's thi-"

She stopped seeing books inside the paper bag.

"That's everything you need to learn. Monthly revenues, sales, on going plans and etcetera. And he also told me to give you this.."

Another heavy paper bag was thrown on her desk. This time it's dictionaries and translations.

"You need to learn the basics of Hangeul, Nihongo, French, Spanish and Cantonese. It is needed for his overseas meetings. You can meet the whole team later at lunch. Good Luck girl!!"

Althea bid her farewell and went back to her desk, somewhere near her but divided by walls. Her table was directly in front of the Chairman's door.

"Ms. Assistant?"

After Althea left, a woman on her 40's arrived on her spot. She bowed at her as she remembered she is one of the executives that she saw earlier on the interview.

"Y-You need something ma'am? Should i call chairman for you?"

She asked her. The woman just tilted her head a little and smiled at Jiyoung warmly.

"No sweetie I came here for you."

Athena eyes went wide with confusion and shock.

"What do you mean, ma'am?"

"You see. I wanna invite you later for lunch. are you available?"

Mrs. Mircovich asked her. Jiyoung gulped.

"Y-Yes ma'am. "

Athena answered, slightly stuttering.

"Then let's meet later. I'll mail you the details. bye sweetie!"

Mrs. Mircovich bid her farewell quickly and looked at the glass window on Ethan's office seeing him looking at them. She then quickly left.

*tingggg! tinggg!*

The telephone on her table ran. Se quickly moved towards it and answer the phone call.

"Who is-"

"Come here."

Ethan's cold voice was heard on the other side of the phone. Athena looked at the glass wall seeing Sunghoon staring at her direction. She quickly stood up and entered the room.

"Do you need something sir?"

Ethan looked at Athena the moment she stopped in front of him.

"tell the marketing department to submit their status report right now. Ask the R&D director any updates about their new project and lastly, Bring me a cup of hibiscus tea."

he said firmly. She nodded her head as if Sunghoon can see it.

"Alright sir. Is that all?-"

She quickly covered her mouth realizing what she just said. It's the same as Althea Yu.

"Well...What did she said?"

Ethan leaned his elbow on the table and putted his chin on his palm.

"You mean Althea, Chairman? She's-"

"Alessandra Mircovich. You know her right?"

Ethan rolled his eyes while saying his mother's name. She appeared on various commercials and TV shows so there's no doubt everyone will know her name.

"yes sir. She..... asked me for a lunch date. We'll have lunch together later."

She answered truthfully.. Ethan just nodded his head.

"Alright. you can leave now."

"Girl!! It's lunch already! You wanna come with us? "

Althea walked towards her desk, simply looking at what Athena is doing.

"You are already fixing his schedule for tomorrow? gooood that's quick!!"

Athena just looked at Althea and smiled.

"I'm sorry but i'll be having my lunch with someone for today."

Athena smiled apologetically towards Althea.

"No It's okaaay~ How about tomorrow? clear your schedules if you want to know the team 'kaaaay?"

Althea stated. Athena just nodded as her phone rang. Mrs. Mircovich texted her the location.

*Metro Cafe, near the office.

After 10 minutes of walking, Athena finally arrived seeing Mrs Alessandra inside the cafe already.

"Mrs. Mircovich!! I am so sorry i am late!!"

She bowed countless times. Alessandra just chuckled.

"No worries.It's not like i waited for you for so long~"

Mrs. Mircovich invited her to sit down, both of them ordered their food.

"So what do you want to talk about Mrs. Mircovich?"

Jiyoung said, opening the discussion in a polite way.

"Well, I am here to personally tell you what you should do."

Mrs. Mircovich said, bringing out an envelope and giving it to Athena. Athena opened it.

"You see, Ethan was diagnosed as Akinetopsic. Someone who cannot see anything moving. Last time, he had an accident and fell from the stairs after not seeing someone who tried to kill him. "

Inside the folder was lab tests, pictures and others that proves Ethan's partial blindness.

"So we, as his concerned parents want him to have someone who will always stay on his side. And he chose you. Ms. Saavedra."

Mrs. Park pointed her with a warm smile.

"I want you to always keep your eye on Sunghoon. assist him at all cost. Don't worry he won't fire you because we already have our deal. In exchange for that,"

Mrs Park brought out a 100 million won cheque on her bag.

"You can have this every month. Is that a great deal for you now?"

Athena looked at the cheque.

"I guess i won't be needing that Mrs. Mircovich."

Mrs. Mircovich suddenly raised her eyebrows because of confusion.

"What do you mean? Is this not enough? How much do you need?"

Mrs. Mircovich anxiously smiled and held her hands. Athena just tilted her head.

"When i took the job i already know what to do. This is already overpayment. My monthly salary is more than enough Mrs. Mircovich."

She said with a warm smile. Mrs. Mircovich looked at her, clueless with what she just said.

"Do not worry. I'll do my best to keep an eye on him. Even without this payment. I know my duty."

Alesandra  smiled at her. Her eyes almost tearing up with her words.

"Thank you.... Thank you so much..."

She said and stood up, hugging the younger.

"you passed."

she whispered. Athena chuckled and slightly raise her eyebrows.

"I passed where?"

"As Ethan's wife."

Jiyoung literally choked on her lemon juice the moment she heard the word wife.

"Mrs. Mircovich that's a good joke HA HA HA HA!"

She said, faking her laughs.

"I'm not kidding Assistant Saavedra. If he fired you, You'll marry him. Arraseo?"

Mrs. Mircovich giggled. Athena do not know what to do and just laughed nervously.

"You'll be staying with him on his mansion starting today. I already told Sunghoon what your tasks are. Tell me if he is being a jerk to you and i'll hit his ass. Okay?"

Mrs. Mircovich laughed.

"O-Okay...."

"Assistant Saavedra."

She heard someone from her back.

Cold. Very very cold.

She met his icy glare as she turned around.

"Let's go."

He said, grabbing her wrist and walking towards the exit.

"C-Chairman I- Ouch!! What is your problem?!!!"

She yelled at him.

Ethan gazed towards her direction trying to find her.

"You. You are my goddamn problem!"
