So far, my interview is going well. It’s a group interview with two other people. Mr. Thorne, the plant manager, has given off the impression that not all of us will be hired so I want to make sure that I stay focused. We have done a couple light quizzes and have been walked through what the job entails, and honestly, I don’t feel like it’ll be much of a challenge. Plus, who wouldn’t want to start out at $13 an hour after making a minimum wage of $8.50 for the past three years? I want this job.
The next step they want to take, is giving us a tour of the plant so that we can get a layout of the potential workspace. As for competition, Eileen seems very attentive. I’d guess that she is probably in her late 20s or early 30s. I know she has a college degree so that could be tough
