“Cat, dear, I have started making a couple dresses for your event weekend. I know that it is a dressy casual…” I tune out the rest of what my grandmother is saying as I know she knows my standing on wearing dresses at all. I would so rather be walking around in jeans during the whole thing, but I know showing my ability to look the part of a Luna is a necessity. I partly hear her statement regarding standing with the Alphas and Lunas both, so I really need to be able to do my job and hold attention of the crowd rather than looking as if I am an omega serving food.
