It has been two weeks since Dyami died and the Ashland kids were taken. After we got back to the pack house that day, Catori crumbled at the sight of the damage done. I swear I saw something snap in her eyes. It was as if everything that she had lived for had been taken from her in a matter of an hour’s time. The work she put into the hybrids was ripped from underneath her. Her dad was gone and to top off that pain Cali got custody of the girls. Grams wasn’t even able to fight it since there was no will in place for Dyami at the time. Since that day Cat has dug a hole and placed herself at the bottom of it. she won’t eat and she isn’t sleeping. Naona and I have both tried to get through to her, but it seems that she has shut herself completely off from the world.
