When Joey Farmiga from the Finance Department walked into my office and placed Claire's medical report on my desk, I could hardly believe my eyes.
Joey, a member of our pack and Claire's close friend, kept her head lowered submissively.
"Alpha Lucius, this is Claire's medical report. She's pregnant."
I stared at the report in disbelief. Claire was pregnant?
"I asked Claire," Joey hesitated, "She said since you and her... she hasn't been with any other man..."
