"Stop mentioning his name in my ears. I don't care about him at all," he finally said to me.
I sneered, "Are you serious? You came all the way to his territory, and you don't think you'd heard about him? Have you forgotten how terrifying Damien can be?"
It felt like I was warning him about Damien with the last statement. He doesn't deserve my warnings if he's just going to be arrogant. I kept looking around to see if Damien was watching. There's no way he wouldn't know something like this happening under his nose. I'm worried about what he might do.
Brian scoffed, "I wouldn't come here if I was worried about what he thought. I don't care what he's going to do, but I have to talk to you today."
