Bullets in the rain

Amory smelled the hot steam rising from the train . Her bones shivered over the thought off last night . She annoyed her pending guilt over jimmy , that sank to her stomic's core.

The chatter of the room was over powered by her screeching thoughts that echoed in the deepest corners of mind . She tried to burry them away along with her past , but nothing worked . She never loved jimmy like that ,but it was still horrible for her to leave him like that! But there's no way she could even show her face at work over what happened. A deep shiver quaked inside her . Just thinking about it made her feel dizzy .

She screwed up again ! Mabye all the rumours they told about her was true.

Her chest felt heavy from the growing hole ,that held in everything . Amory took a big gulp of air and sallowed harshly .

And that leaves back to reality. Why she is leaving , why she's going back to war .

Even though the train was full ,again Amory felt so along . She hadn't notice but there was indeed someone beside her. It was a man, he was tall and had muscles that poped out . Black hair with small white splashing at the ends. He was quite , and just stared . His demons where shouting inside him . He looked pale , as his eyes sank back like jimmy did. His breath was sharp and quick , as if he where running . His eyes stared at nothing but his mind was full off hellish scenes . Amory only knew off what her guardians told her about war . But she didn't care for there words , there wrong anyways . Or where they right ? No.

(Bam!! Woosh!) The train jerked and stoped. Amory hadn't realize but she had fallen asleep.

Every raised up and began to walk out. The smell of gunpowder and ash filled the heated air . As she got off Amory couldn't believe her eyes. The ground was mud and soldiers where racing , training etc.

Amory felt a high bubbly feeling feel her body . The men formed a line , Amory heard loud shouting in the descents . Pride filled her from her tip toes to the thinnest ends of her hair . She smiled. "So some little princesses decided join us ! You gotta be kidding me . I haven't seen skinner Turkey's since the revolutionary war ! " A huge bulky man walked up and down . Staring us up and down . He came face to face with Amory . she could feel his hot breath.

"You look like a prissy little Hollywood girl ! His eyes striked her , they spoke off strength .

"Do you agree? " He shouted in her face .

Her eyes Sharpen , " No !" she firmly answered back . " Well prove it hollywood! Give me 1 thousand push ups ! Now!" His wisle rang in her ears . She dropped hitting ths ground . Up down , up down . She told her quietly . "All of you now !" He screamed with his wisle blowing.

Her hands sunk into the gunky mud. It was harder now to push her self up now , with the mud. Her nails where full dirt and her skin iched. She was only at fifty , Amory knew she must go farther . She took a deep breath and pushed harder . Her breath , sharp and quick.

The day already seemed long but it was only morning. Now she stood in the rain with a heavy shot g*n . line by line they took turns shooting at targets . Bam! Her bullet grazed the red mark. she looked up at commander wondering if he saw . That's what they where suppose to call him .

" You call that a shot ! You be dead right now Hollywood ! " Amory pulled the safety off again, sat the g*n on her shoulder . Her eyes narrowed toward the golden circle. She drew her breath out . BAM! She stumbled back slightly . The bullet fully missed . " Ah , you be gone in one day just watch . "

Amory was full off anger. Stupid bullet! She was furious if anything she was going to hit. that target ! She pulled back the trigger. Click! She aimed the g*n and squinted her eyes . BAM! The bullet shot out sparrowing through the air . It was like a jet breaking through the sky . Thonk! It hit the very edge of the red . She pulled it back again . Clink!

She stared through the hallow hole . she drew a quick breath out . BAM! It hit the red again . She heard her commander mumble something. Her hands shook in rage .

She swiftly pulled the g*n up , Clink! Then she stopped . Amory breathed slowly , she focused on the deem

m shine of the golden plate. She placed the g*n on her shoulder .

She took a slow deep breath in . Lessoning to the booming of her heart . Thud! Thud! Thud! She saw the light brighten she fired the g*n. She did not stumble back this time . she stood silently as the sparrowing bullet broke through the air . Shattering the small droplets of rain . Thunk! It struck the golden plate , breaking though the wood ! It left a clear hole as the light flooded through and out it . One of the other students saw her , there eyes buldged! Hesitantly she looked at commander who was paying no attention . She huffed annoyed . Sat the g*n back on her shoulder . Clink . BAM! Commander stood soundless in her shadow , silently impressed.
