Chapter 12

(Chad's POV)

Ashley is the  kind of girl that I would want to bring home to my parents.Sa dami ng babaeng nakilala ko sa Spain, sa Macau at dito sa Pilipinas, nangingibabaw talaga ito.She is not only very pretty..meron sa kanya na hindi ko ma-explain.It's drawing me to her.I don't care if she seems to be untouchable.Ilang beses na ba akong nawarningan ni Dale  to steer clear of her because his friend Jett Alejandre is wooing her? I can no longer count.But what can I do? I want to get closer to her...maybe..just maybe...she can be mine.

He hasn't met Jett personally.Nakikita niya lang sa videos at pictures sa  internet lalo sa sns ng pinsan niya.Nabanggit din ni Dale  na ito ang pinakamayaman,pinaka-astig,pinaka-playboy at pinaka-badass sa kanila.He just shrugged his shoulders kapag nagkukwento ang pinsan niya about their escapades and sexcapades kasama si Jett. Aaminin niya that the guy is intimidating.Guwapo din siya but he doesn't have all the qualities that his cousin's friend has which  he can't comprehend while most women find appealing.Mabenta na pala talaga ngayon yung babaero,basagulero at mayabang.

Since seeing  Ashley, mas  naging intresado siya na makita at makilala ang Jett Alejandre na yun .May hindi siya maipaliwanag na naramdaman nung nalaman niya na nililigawan ng bad boy of the runway  ang  babae na una pa lang nagka-crush na siya.Mas matindi ang naramdaman niya after  finding out  pagbalik niya from Macau, sinagot na ito ni Ashley.

Well..that Jett Alejandre is far from perfect...sooner or later may gagawing mali ito and he will take his place.

Hindi siya nagsisisi na nagbakasyon siya sa Pilipinas after many years.He used to stay with his sister in Macau for vacations.Pero ngayon, ilang araw lang siya dun .He'd rather stay here longer.Baka nga permanently na...lalo ngayon na nakilala niya si Ashley.

She heard someone called her name.Napalingon siya sa kanan.

She is dumbfounded.

Ang pinsan ni Dorkey!  He is all smiles as he walks to her.

"C-Chad?" pumiyok na tanong niya.

Parang gusto niyang tumakbo palayo dito.Sooner or later darating si Jett....

"Ash..hello.It must be my lucky day.Kakabalik ko lang  from Macau.Pwede na ba nating gawin yung pictorial? Siguro naman maluwag pa din ang schedule mo? " nakangiti pa ding tanong nito.

"C-Chad..ano..kasi I can't....I don't think..."

"It's okay.Kung kelan ka na lang pwede.I can wait." Chad said and mas lumapit pa ito to see her closer.

Tila  nanigas si Ashley when she heard a familiar voice cursed.She turned and saw how red Jett's face is .His nostrils are flaring and he is looking at Chad as if wanting to kill him right here..right now.

"L-Love.." hinarang niya ang sarili sa nobyo.Tila nanuyo ang lalamunan niya sa takot.Her HD man is on the warpath. Mabilis ang pagtaas baba ng maskuladong dibdib nito because he is breathing shallowly.

"L-Love.p-please..p-pinsan siya ni D-Dale..." she said while stuttering. 

She has her face  raised at him  para tignan  siya nito.She wished that he will look into her eyes.Ayaw niyang magkagulo.

Some people outside the store  stopped walking and  are  now staring at them.Yung mga nasa loob ng shop nakatingin din sa kanila.May mga kumukuha na nga  yata ng video o picture  nila.

She doesn't want to remove her eyes at her man's enraged features.She put her palms on his abs  (Sa abs pa talaga Ash?! ) to get his attention more.

He gripped her arms pero hindi pa din ito nakatingin sa kanya.Nagtatagis ang bagang nito as he glowers at Chad.

"Out of my way ..." he said  to her through almost clamped lips.

"Noo..! P-Please naman Love..." pagmamakaawa niya.She had witnessed how violent he can be..but ewan niya..mukhang mas matindi  ngayon ang galit nito.

 "Sir Jett!" narinig nilang tawag ng boses ng babae.

"Palabasin  ang mga nasa loob then close the f*****g door Thea!" utos ni Jett ,without taking his eyes off Chad.The other man is holding the stare.Poker-faced ito.

Ashley tried to see who the woman called Thea is.Naka-black and white ito na uniform.Nun niya lang napansin ang pangalan ng shop na napasukan niya.Hindi niya alam if magpapasalamat siya o hindi na andito pala sila sa IRM .She feels naman kasi  that hindi papalampasin ng nobyo ito.Magkakagulo at magkakagulo pa din kahit nasaan man sila.

"Sir...."  tila nag-aalangan ang babae.

Cursing,Jett turned his head to where the woman is.

"DO IT!" he angrily said. Mabilis na tumango si Thea  bago sensyasan  nito ang tatlong  lalakeng staff .

Hindi naman na kailangan na sabihan na lumabas  ang mga nasa loob ng shop.Patakbong lumabas ang mga ito  ng kusa na takot na takot.Mabilis na isinarado ng isa sa male staff ang glass door sabay lock nito.

Mas dinikit ni Ashley ang katawan sa nobyo.She is murmuring their endearment habang nakatingala pa din dito..She is hoping that he won't do anything violent.But hindi pa din siya nito tinitignan.

"Didn't Dale tell you that Ashley is my woman?!" nagpipigil ang galit na tanong nito kay Chad.

Nagbaba ng tingin si Ashley.She is now staring at her man's chest.His breathing is still ragged.Ang lakas na din ng kabog ng dibdib niya sa nerbiyos.

Tahimik na tahimik sa loob.

"He did." sagot ni Chad sa malamig na boses.

Malutong na nagmura si Jett .

Napapikit si Ashley pero napamulagat siya  ulit and  let out a sound of surprise. Her man's   hands went around  her waist to lift her like a feather.Before she knew it, itinabi siya ni Jett sa gilid then sinugod si Chad.

"LOVE!!" hiyaw niya ng bumwelo ito and did  a flying side kick.

Tinamaan si Chad sa dibdib.Bumagsak ito sa rack ng mga damit.

Napaatras si Ashley na kagat ang ibabang labi while teary eyed.

Still on the ground, Jett picked Chad  up by the collar, he targeted his nose with a palm strike bago sinikmuraan ito.He then kept on smacking the other man's face habang hawak pa din  ang kwelyo ng damit nito.

Sa bilis ng kilos  nito , Dale's cousin  wasn't able to defend himself.Putok ang ilong at labi nito but Jett kept on hitting him habang galit na galit na nagmumura.

Napasandal na lang si Ashley sa salamin ng display window .Tila nanghihina siya sa dami ng dugo na nakikita niya sa mukha ni Chad.

May narinig siyang boses ulit ng babae na tumawag kay Jett and inutusan ang mga lalaking staff na awatin ito.

Just when she felt she might fall, may mga braso na umalalay sa kanya.Napakapit siya sa matangkad na babae.

Hinawi nito ang mga polo na nakatupi sa lamesa  near the window and made her sit on it.

"Stay here."  The woman  gently told her.Pinasandal siya nito sa salamin.She  was only able to nod her head bago pumikit.She wants to shut her eyes para hindi na niya makita ang nangyayari.Her badass bf is really  pitiless when enraged.

"Thea dito ka!" the tall woman ordered the female  staff para ito ang umalalay sa kanya.

"Don't f*****g touch me!" dinig niyang galit na sabi ng nobyo sa tatlong lalake na gustong umawat dito.Hindi pa din kasi nito tinitigilan si Chad na nakahandusay na. He keeps on kicking him saan man tamaan.The other man is whimpering  in pain habang namimilipit.  

"Jett! STOP IT! " hiyaw ng babae ."Dalhin niyo sa opisina ko!" sabi naman nito  sa male staff na bumuhat kay Chad.

Akmang hahablutin ulit  ito ni Jett but the woman screamed.Yung makabasag salamin na sigaw.

"TAMA NAAA!!! Are you going to kill him?!!" sigaw nito kay Jett.

She opened her eyes and nakita niya na hinawakan ng matangkad na  babae ang braso ng boyfriend niya para pigilan.

Dali-dali namang pinasok ng mga lalake si Chad sa opisina na nasa gilid ng shop.

The tall woman is Brenda.Ang pinsan ni Jett.Kapatid ng mama  niya at papa ng una ang may ari ng IRM. Brenda manages some branches.

Pinainom siya ng tubig ni Thea.

"Okay ka na mam?" tanong nito.Nakaupo siya sa harapan ng counter ng shop while the cousins are talking on  the right side of the store.

Hindi niya marinig ang usapan ng mga ito but one thing is still very much obvious.Galit na galit pa din ang nobyo niya and his cousin is trying to calm him down.Pasulyap-sulyap ang mga ito sa kanya.

She looked at Thea and nodded before saying thank you in a small voice.Nanghihina pa din siya after seeing her badass boyfriend  badly injured another man.

Nasa opisina pa din ni Brenda si Chad.He is being treated by a doctor and a nurse  from the hospital in front of the mall.She hopes na hindi naman ganun ka-grabe ang natamong injury nito.

She saw one of the male staff get a shirt from the display.Malamang ipapalit sa suot ni Chad na puro dugo.Napapikit na lang ulit siya and bit her bottom lip bago sumandal sa upuan.Ang side lang ng mukha niya ang nakikita ng magpinsan .

She is scared as hell.Jett is capable of doing anything kapag galit na galit ito.Napatunayan niya lalo yun ngayon.

"I am not done yet with that f*****g dickhead!" nakakuyom ang palad na sabi ni Jett kay Brenda.

"Pwede ba Jett? Halos hindi na makilala ang pinsan ng kaibigan mo! What's with you?  Akala ko ba matino ka na?! You are back to your barbaric ways! For all you know kalat na sa internet ang ginawa mo!" gigil na sabi ni Brenda sa pinsan.

"Do you think I f*****g care? That son of a b***h was almost touching my girl!" nagmura na naman ito while raking his fingers to his hair.Lumingon ito to where Ashley is.He narrowed his eyes .Kung hindi siya nito iniwan kanina,hindi nangyari ito.Mag-uusap sila nito mamaya.

"So you don't care kapag nakarating sa papa mo lahat to? Itatapon mo lahat ng pinaghirapan mo all these weeks dahil lang diyan sa kakitiran mo? Sana yang girlfriend mo ang  kinausap mo na lang  imbes na basta ka  na lang nagwala at nambugbog!" pasimpleng tinignan din  nito si Ashley with sharp eyes.

"Shut the f**k up Brenda!! I will pay for all the damage kung yan ang problema mo! " Jett rasped before angrily  turning to go to the small office.

Mabilis na sumigaw si Brenda  to tell her staff na nasa opisina niya na isarado ang pintuan.Baka ano na naman ang gawin ng pinsan kay Chad.She followed her cousin  and held on his arm to stop him.As expected, hindi nito napigilan ang pinsan.She ended up being dragged by him.

Thank heavens naisarado ang pintuan before they reached it.

Marahas na inalis ni Jett ang kamay ng pinsan na nasa braso  before he hit the closed  door with his fist.

Napaatras na lang si Brenda while Ashley and Thea stare in awe.

"I will finish you off next time you come near my woman you f*****g son of a b***h!" he threatened Chad.

Sinipa pa nito ng isang beses ang pintuan before going to his girlfriend.

"L-Love.." mahinang tawag ni Ashley when he yanked her arm para itayo.

"Now I will deal with you..!" He said through clenched teeth.

"JETT!" tawag ni Brenda but he ignored her.

Paglabas nila ng shop,Dale called Jett.Worry, fear and hesitation are evident in his face.

"Dude!" tawag nito  habang iniikot ang gulong ng wheelchair para lumapit sa kanila.His crutches are on his lap.

Napakapit ang isang kamay ni Ashley sa braso ng nobyo when she felt him stiffened."Love.."

"Didn't you tell your f*****g cousin that my girl is off-limits?! " he asked his friend in a very cold voice.

"I did dude..." mahinang sabi ni Dale.

"Love...please..!" pigil ni Ashley when Jett walked nearer to Dale.

"Ayusin mo ang tarantadong pinsan mo kung ayaw mong pati tayo magkagulo!" banta nito na nagtatagis ang bagang.Tumango lang si Dale.

"And tell  those two dickheads that I will deal with them! I saw how they were looking at my girl!" dagdag pa nito.

"O-Okay  dude.." sagot ng kaibigan.

"I will spare you because you are still injured..but next time na lumapit pa ang gagong pinsan mo sa asawa ko...." hindi na tinuloy nito ang sasabihin.

Without removing his angry eyes  from his friend, he  got  one of the latter's crutches  and using his knee ,broke it like it was just a dry twig.Ang isa naman hinagis nito near the escalator.Muntik na itong mahulog.

Ashley and Dale were wide eyed with their mouth slightly open sa ginawa ni Jett.

Dale was just looking at them as if hindi pa din makapaniwala sa nangyari as her badass bf dragged her.His  hand on her arm is a little firm.She tried to keep up with his pace para hindi na sila lalong maging sentro ng atensiyon.Nakatiim-bagang ito  as they walk.Medyo nakayuko naman siya.She knows na pinagtitinginan pa din sila but she is pretty sure that no one will dare approach them because they could probably sense how her man  is seething.

Ng nasa tapat na sila ng elevator while waiting for the door to open,he turned to her.

"If you didn't leave my side then none of this would have happened! Next time you do a thing like that....you will see worst!" banta nito sa malamig na malamig na  boses.

She just nodded.

He gripped her chin to raise her face so he can see her eyes clearly.

"Did  you hear me?!" he asked through clenched teeth.Namumula na naman ang mukha nito.

"Yes.." sagot niya.

Then the door opened.Binitawan ni Jett ang baba niya.

Kumunot ang noo ni Ashley. A slight smile broke her lips when she saw who is in the lift.

It's Luis, minus Rina.Sa makalawa na ang  kasal ng mga ito.Sasabihin nga niya dapat  sa nobyo mamaya  that  she will attend a wedding and she wants him to come with her.Sabi naman ni Rina she can invite someone.

"Ashley.." ngumiti si Luis sa kanya bago kumunot ng bahagya ang noo nito to look at her boyfriend.

Pinush ni Jett ang open button to stop the doors from closing.

"Out! " sabi nito kay Luis.

Kagat ang labi na tumingin si Ashley sa nobyo then she transferred her eyes to Luis.Through her eyes gusto niyang mag-apologize sa inasal ng nobyo niya.

Bago lumabas si Luis ng elevator, bahagyang tumango lang ito as if to accept her sorry on behalf of Jett.

"Reserve a suite for us on your wedding.We'll stay overnight." sabi ni Jett kay Luis which made Ashley frown.

Do they know each other?--she asked herself.

"I thought Patrick and his wife can't  stay overnight?" tanong ni Luis.

"It's for me and Ashley." sagot nito bago siya hinila sa elevator without waiting for the other man's answer.

Bago nagsarado ang pintuan, nakita ni Ashley na tumango na lang si Luis.

"D-Do you know Luis?" she asked.

He didn't answer and  without warning,sinandal siya nito sa wall .He pinned her arms above her head.He pressed his hard body on her softer one.She felt her mouth went dry.

Yumuko ito  and one of his hands tilted her chin   para magpantay ang mukha nila. His eyes are glinting but they still look steely.His expression is wooden.

"Yes! He is my cousin! I planned everything para ikaw ang maging official photographer nila." he admitted .Halos magdikit na ang mga labi nila.

Ashley's heart pounded.

What her HD man said made her  more scared of him but at the same time sexually aroused.Though he is still in a black mood,hindi maikakaila that  he is having a hard on.She can feel his arousal above her tummy.His warm and minty breath fanning her face is making her body tingle.

"Ginawa ko lahat makuha lang kita..and I am ready to do anything just to keep you mine! " he said breathily before pushing the emergency button and kissed her roughly on the mouth.
