Preparations are in top gear for the arrival of the Badok king, it's been quite sometime since the king last visited demegra and as per tradition it was mandatory that the lycans prepare a feast to welcome them to their kingdom and this would also ensure that their ties are further strengthened.

Damien had been signing alot of documents since dawn and he was already getting tired. He Hated moments like this but he had no choice, these came with the whole king deal.

Times without number he'd wished he could have atleast a free day where he would be able to do whatever he wanted, act in whatever way he demanded and wouldn't be criticized one but but now it seems like today wasn't one of those days, the papers were piling and h7e was going to be stuck here for more hours than he'd care to count.

" Damien "

He turned and shifted attention to him .

" they'll be here by nightfall, right on time to jump into the feast and oh I have a thing of interest too for you ".

" Make sure you tighten the security around lucilda tonight you know I get antsy when I feel she isn't okay ". he tried being dismissive

" so how do you feel with this whole arrangement with Badok despite them not doing anything during the war, don't you think it's a little bit odd".

" i care not what ever they want to do, it's their kingdom so they can choose to go to war or not and how that benefits them I don't care, but as long as they're on my land I won't tolerate anything".

Damien replied nonchalantly

" it's almost time, I better have my bath and join them in the grand hall "

and then next thing he was out.
