Episode 7: The Opposition

Esther tried to shake off the feeling of unease as she watched the man disappear into the crowd. She reminded herself that God was with them, and He would protect them.
But as they packed up the last of the equipment, Esther noticed that some of the medical supplies were missing. She did a quick count, and her heart sank. Someone had stolen some of the medication.
She called the team together, her voice low. We need to talk. Some of our supplies are gone, and I think it was theft.
The team's faces fell, and they began to discuss what could have happened. Esther knew that they couldn't afford to lose any more supplies. They were already stretched thin.
Just then, a police officer approached them. I heard there was some trouble here. Can I help?
Esther explained the situation, and the officer nodded sympatically. I'll look into it. But in the meantime, I want to warn you there are some people in this community who don't want outsiders coming in and stirring up trouble.
Esther's heart skipped a beat. Was this related to the man's warning earlier?
The officer continued, Just be careful, okay, We want to make sure everyone stays safe.
As the officer walked away, Esther felt a sense of trepidation. Were they in over their heads? Should they keep coming back to this community?
She looked around at her team, who were all looking to her for guidance. She knew she had to make a decision.
"Let's pray," she said, her voice firm. We need God's guidance and protection.
As they prayed, Esther felt a sense of peace wash over her. God was with them, and He would see them through.
But the question remained would they face more opposition, and would they be able to overcome it
