Chapter-10

The next day when i woke up, he was still sleeping, in the bed for which we fought and rumbled wasting our energy and time. I got away from the couch and neared him. He was sleeping like a mere baby. I couldn't resist myself from the urge of brushing his hair with my fingers, but assuming the consequences, i didn't even touch him. Soon, he shrugged and moved, as if he is awake by that i was zealously panicked that he would wake up and see me near him, so i rushed towards the restroom but beneficially , he didn't wake up.

I came back after a long, relaxing shower of course, with full of running thoughts in my b****y, shitty mind. When i came back, he was sitting on the couch, i didn't make an eye contact with him because aftet two, three hits, i realized what will happen if my eyes happened to meet his. He too cared not to look at me. He came out after sometime, and soon called Akshay and Maya to gather us up because we didn't have a car, to go back!

Soon Akshay and Maya headed to the hotel and we were called down, i collected all my clothes and streamed down by elevator, this time he waited for me because Maya was there down. So, Aunty, Akshay and Maya are those people for who he cares the most and for whom he would do anything.

'Hey! ' she cheered by seeing me. I smiled whole heartedly. Both of us, were carried to Maya's home for lunch, directly! Except four of us, no one was there. I and Tarun nurtured to contact each other but still the gesture between us was inescapable!

We all made our way to the dining table, we didn't talk much. All that i rant inwardly, that no one knows and was making my face reactions, illegible so that no one can question me about my mood. I was so ragged by psych. The smallest things aren't really smaller. A war between ego and love, for now ego wins!

When i was deep in my thoughts, and that's when Maya started to talk.

'So, subsequently, both of you have a very important job! ' she chuckled.

And Tarun being furthermore, eggheaded caught what she was about to tell,' Both of you, please do not do this to me. Please! ' he copped a plea to Maya and Akshay.

But, I being a sick headed was unable to cope up with what were they saying, was rolling bubble ball eyes to see everyone's face.

'See, Like yesterday, like this wedding let this be an eye wash too. Both of you're going to celebrate your wedding harmony, the honeymoon! ' he said and chuckeld cheekily.

I was seriously like what the hell is going on in my life!!

'Both of you will be drifting upwards! Tonight ! Now, go back home happily, pack your things and get ready.' Maya chortled.

'Should this has to be done?! Validly?! ' i asked, with no change in my reaction, obviously with rolling eyes...

' You will make me to do everything, in the name of eye wash and by saying for the sake of our parents! 'he shouted, patting, fist on the dining table.

' Hey! You will be fighting with her and she will be scolding you back. When only this happens between both of you and nothing else happens, What's your problem in going! ' Maya, almsot shouted, raising her arms.

' Like, won't you be pricked off, being worn and faught at the same place so for a change, go there and continue your battle! ' She said, sarcastically!

I don't know, what will happen to me if i happen to be alone with him. Everyone of us knows, what happens when i see him, close to me and i can't shut my eyes or heart, from seeing him. I didn't know, if i fancied him but the indication, symptoms, manifestation everything said so. Literally, all together was warning me that something that is going to reverse my life. All that joy, happiness that i had, has turned into bitter hell and yeah, how can i explain a hell better. I won't say that, i was experiencing hell Kinda life, because that i baffle with him but the real hell was the battle between my feelings. I still was not able to decide on a thing.

Whenever i deeply go into my thoughts, This man drives me towards him. He distracts me a lot these days, especially from the engagement day. 'Okay, we will go!' he said gritting his teeth.

'You never concern or consider other's sensibility. Did you ask me that, if i am free with this?! ' i decided to swagger in front of him.

Maya and Akshay both of them held kind of cold feet reaction on their face.

' Maya, because of you, only because of you, Akshay and aunty, i agree for this. Not for the sake of anyone else. Remember! ' i said in a little loud voice, precisely i shouted!

' So, Do you still think that i accepted this for you?! Whatever you told, is same as here! ' he squalled, tousling his lips.

' You can end this here! ' Akshay said, and soon both of us had to get back home.

Both of us rode back home, in absolute silence. As soon as we entered the living room mom started!

' I guess, Maya and Akshay had already leaked out the thing. Go and pack your stuff! ' she said and smiled. She was really much happier than before, and i can't help to stop my smile when i saw my mom smiling whole heartedly. And all these day, i have been there with her without knowing that, this one act of getting married would make her so happy!

I moved towards my room, to go and stuff, the things in my bag but yeah, she came following me into the room to stuff her things.

She gazed me, with all hatred gathered in the tip of her orbs. Though, she saw me with all great, grand hatred, aversion and enmity, i didn't sense like that. Even now, i felt some strings attached between our souls. And this is not the first time, this girl makes me feel like this. Yet, i refuse so much to talk to her or hesitate to agree that, i like her way of fighting and battling with me, i like the way she hates me. Because everyone knows very well how egoistic and self centered, I am. But seriously, this is the very first, i am feeling like loosing myself for a damsel. My egoism would be a world ranking one and that's the reason, is still why a semi me, did not accept that, i basically started liking this girl. Even when, Maya said that i have to go and spend few days with ger all alone, seriously shamelessly i can nod my head in a positive manner, but the previous thing that i said is, preventing me from doing so!

I gazed, at her with all heatred gathered because, she was the one initiated this when she entered the room.

'Why do you gaze at me, like this? All the time?! ' she shouted.

' You're the one who started, i did not. Mind it! ' i said and sniffed.

' Seriously, i don't know if you had a c***k on your head, when you were young. You're, insane! To the core!! ' she complained.

Yes girl, i am getting insane and insane. Because of you. I still wonder, how am i able to speak to her like i am hating her wholely!

'Oh, really! Thanks!' i said giving a sarcastic smile, zipping my haversack.

'You're strongly welcome! ' she said with the same sarcasm, with the same evil grin on her face.

' Never think that, i accepted this for you! ' i shouted.

' You too! Not even in your dreams! ' she snapped at me giving a attitude laugh.

With that, she zipped her bag and went into the water closet. I went down to talk to my mom!
