Cyd was standing on the pier, watching a ship slowly pull away from the port. She raised her hand to wave, although she could not see any of the passengers on board.
An old woman came and stood beside her. She started mumbling, and Cyd heard her mention the words 'death' and 'destruction.' She turned and asked her what she meant with the words she just said.
The stranger looked at her sadly and pointed to the ship.
"The ship and everyone on board are going to have a sad ending."
“What did you just say?" Cyd asked, horrified by what she heard.
“Everyone is going to die as that ship is going to have a fatal collision at sea. Everyone."
As suddenly as the woman showed up beside her, she disappeared when Cyd turned to look at her again.
