“He’s never on time,” Angel Rachel snaps, smoothing her business suit with perfectly manicured fingernails. She, along with Angel Mel, stroll in the formal gardens outside her companion’s office. The balmy evening air is pungent with roses, lilacs, lilies, orchids, and peonies, amongst others. Magnificent statues pose here and there alongside ornate fountains on small stone patios. It seems Michelangelo and his friends are still plying their artistic gifts.
