Regina can’t stop smiling. She is strolling on a path alongside an enormous cliff, so high you can’t see below it. The air is clear and warm and sweet with the scent of flowers, like a perfect day in June, only far more intense. Exotic birds trill from the nearby woods on the other side of the path. She feels so light on her feet, she begins to skip. Looking down at the ground, she notices she has no shadow! Her favorite chartreuse summer skirt dances in the balmy breeze; her tangerine scarf trails behind her. Astonished at her weightlessness, Regina runs with abandon, yet she doesn’t get breathless.
