Mom's Awakening
'Why are you doing this? She hates me!' William suddenly stood up. 'Sit down and be quiet!' Growled Conall. William diligently obeyed, and shrank back I to his chair. I thought it was strange, he seemed to comply out of fear, and out of not being able to physically to disobey Conall. I thought it was a mate thing, as that is what I did when Conall growled at me. But this was something more. Perhaps it was just fear? William was strong, but would be no match for Conall. I didn't have long to ponder on it when th doorbell rang. 'I'll get it' I said softly, and walked to the door. Everyone nodded and stayed out of sight. the trick was getting mom in the house.
