Gem was getting a lift into school early today,Stevies parents had bought him a new car and he wanted to show it off, so he was picking up Gem and Bianca and taking tbem for a ride around town before school "bit pointless though aint it Gem, why doesn't he just take you to the beach or somthing at the weekend?" I say "Thats a great idea actually Beth, thanks" she saysas shes about to skip out of the kitchen before moms sturn voice stops her "wait" Slowly Gem turnsto face mom "has Stevie got a licence yet? Is he even safe to drive? I mean it Gem you will not be getting in a car with him if hes not", "Hey, hes cool mom he got his licence last year,hes been driving his moms car from time to time" i say getting a thankyou smile from Gem, "Oh ok, i just dont want you getting hurt honey",
