Nnenna's eyes darted between the road and the rearview mirror. The car behind them seemed to be tailing them, its occupants unknown. Nneoma's anxiety grew as Nnenna took evasive maneuvers, speeding up and changing lanes.

The car followed, keeping a steady distance. " Who could it be?" Nneoma asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I'm not sure, but we need to lose them." They sped through the city, dodging traffic and pedestrians. The car followed, its occupants determined to keep up.

" Chidi?" She exclaimed, surprised.

"What is he doing here?"

Nneoma shook her head. I don't know, but we need to be careful.

Nneoma's expression was grim. "We'll find you outside soon enough." For now, let's focus on keeping you safe.
