"I thought we could use some time to prepare for our journey and forthcoming stay" Kyan explains before we all take a seat on the couch, well all except Patrick, whom pulls over a chair.
Need bigger couch-another item for the to-do list.
"So you will be joining us?" I ask to begin our discussions.
Kyan nods stiffly. "Do they.... do they always look at you....".
"Like a piece of meat?" Jiren completes the sentence.
"Increasingly so it would seem" I mumble in a sigh.
"But... but they know you belong to Wes" Patrick adds, eyebrows scrunching in confusion.
"They know I'm partnered to him yes.... but we aren't mates.... and that apparently leaves me available for the charming, tall, strong, kind, smart, intelligent, tactful, thoughtful and every other positive synonym you can
