Inside the VIP room of Heist Brew Bar, the air smelled of sweet wine and cigars. Vice Governor Henry Willow sat comfortably on the velvet couch, legs crossed, swirling his glass of expensive red wine. But his face didn’t match the pleasure of the moment. He frowned deeply, watching the stage through the tinted glass window overlooking the main club. The door opened, and in came Mr. Luke Samonte, the smiling owner of Heist Brew Bar.
