After Leo left the office of Mr. Luke, the door stayed half-open for a moment before another knock came. “Come in,” Luke said without looking up. Adam stepped inside with his usual confident grin. He was holding a folder in one hand, but his real interest was in gossip. “Boss, did Leo agree?” Luke frowned, still puffing on his half-burnt cigar. Smoke slowly floated up as he leaned back in his leather chair. “Well... seems like he did,” he said slowly, tapping ash into the crystal tray. “But I don’t trust it.” Adam raised his brow. “You think he’ll betray us?” Luke looked at him with sharp eyes. “Nancy and Leo are too close.
