Janet and Grace quietly walked out of the Harrison Mansion. Neither of them spoke much as they stepped into the car parked in front of the gate.
“I still can’t believe Sonia’s acting like that,” Janet said, shaking her head as she looked out the window.
Grace crossed her arms and sighed. “She was too much. Rolling on the floor and yelling like that? I mean… is she still pretending?”
“I think she is,” Janet answered quickly. “That girl is smart. She knows she has to make everyone believe she’s gone crazy.”
Grace looked at her. “You think it’s all just an act?”
“I’m sure of it,” Janet replied. “She doesn’t want to face the consequences. That’s why she’s pretending to lose her mind.”
Grace leaned her head back. “Well, she’s doing a good job. Even the doctors looked worried.”
