CHAPTER ONE

"It was a sunny day when I last saw my friend, Chole, dropping down from a taxi after the bell rang for closing. I can't forget that day when she was held by a guy who took her to a place for safety after she encountered one of my girls, Angielle who was breathing heavily like a dragon who was ready to pounce on her prey for lunch."

I smiled and sighed. Then I continued to write on my diary.

" she was just so very lucky that she didn't give up the ghost before that guy helped her". Then I paused,

" maybe I should go talk some senses into that Angie of a girl to try to be fair next time when dealing with people" I exhaled when I heard a knock on my door.

" Gosh , someone's knocking on my door. who's that fool who dares to disturb me?"

there was a pause from the person. I waited to hear for any sound but none came . then as I came closer to the door that was when she spoke up

" humm.... it's me, Pia..... annyeohaseyo "

" oh! I'm sorry..... come in.... you're welcome " I said as I opened the door for her.

" hey girl....... guess what?"

" what?"

" umm.... we're gonna kick off some asses right now"

" what happened?"

I curiously asked her as she took a chilled drink from my fridge. then she came close to me, then withdrawed back. puzzled , I tried to calm her down but she didn't.

" see girl, I came here to complain about this Dunax of a boy. he... he... he... keeps pressuring me down"

" how?"

she paused a bit when I asked her.

" well..... he feels like he's on top of the world and tries to bully Angie and I .... and also, he still has the guts to call you by name despite the fact that I've warned him countless times never to repeat such.... can't belief he's such a dummy!" she pouted as she sat down on the couch.

" hah hah..." I laughed.

Pia just sipped a little from the drink and cleared her throat. then, I came to her and sat beside her and faced her

" Anyways, just forget it. if not because he's my friend's friend.... you know.... he would have seen the dark side of me.. but don't worry..... I will talk to him". I said as I held her hands and she smiled.

" good job, boss..... I really appreciate you. you know as bullies-"

" what!" I asked playfully.

" well ummm... as I've said, as bullies, sometimes we gat to pull up someone's shoes whenever they try to fvck us up.... you know.."

" yeeeeeahhh..... I know , and we're trying our best. not too rigid or too kind, just in-between so that people around us won't label us as too bossy"

" I know..."

Then, pia checked the time on her wristwatch as I watched her.

" oh gosh!"

" what?" I asked

" umm... I think it's time for me to go... Angie had called me to meet her. and I don't wanna waste time"

" oh... kaieeee.... but why do you wanna meet her"

Pia paused as she was about to open the door.

" to hang out" she replied

" okay ... byeee...."

" yeah take care.. but... aren't you coming to join us?"

" I will but.... I will think about it later"

" why?"

" well... I gat some work to do. but don't worry... maybe next time" I said and smiled at her.

" okay... bye...." she said , waving at me

" ok.. take care" I said as I shut the door after she had left. later, I sat down on the couch, brought out my phone and started checking new messages on my w******p. After, came to my page on i********: and I became happy when I saw that more followers and likes were increasing the former ones.

" good" I smiled and dropped my phone, went to the kitchen to cook breakfast. After some minutes passed, my phone began to ring. I came to check who was calling. surprisingly, it was my mom and it was a video call. so, I picked up the call and childishly sat down on the couch along with my food.

" Hello mom"

" hello sweetheart, how are you...., how are you coping in Korea ?"

" all fine mom..... "

" ohh okay...umm... guess what?"

" what mom?"

" your solo album you've debuted last week has reached the second of the top ten most popular hip pop song in the U.S and some other countries. girl.... you're really working very hard."

" thanks mom" I said, beaming with smiles all over my face.

" plus, you've been seeing the money that's always coming into your accounts?"

" yes mom"

" very good.... but please remember.... all what I've told you even before you've started schooling in South Korea.... don't leak your secret as a singer to anyone.... it may cause serious damages to your career and our family reputation."

" yes mom.... I won't "

" good..... so you have to balance your education and career well without creating confusions to yourself"

" yes ma.... I will do my best"

" and also.... make sure you work very hard to get the first position and high grades. you know Asian countries, they take their education very serious and are very strict at times.... pls do this to make your me, your father and your brother proud of you .... and also, we will keep praying for you.... " amen... love you mom....."

" love you darling ... take care of yourself.... don't go around with boys , or have a boyfriend.... it's very risky..... don't come back home with a baby until the right time ... you're still young....."

" yes ma...... I will not disappoint you "

" okay bye darling"

" bye bye mommy" I said , waving my hand at her, smiling and the call ended.

" hmmm... " I sighed as I carried my plate to the kitchen, then went to my room to have a nap
