Erica didn't hear anything from the background again. Her phone dropped from her head.
"What's happening?" She murmured.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.
She hopped towards the door and threw it open.
"Are you okay? I heard you screaming" he said.
Erica stared at him and saw him holding a gift. But that wasn't her problem.
"It's Ava. She was attacked by someone" she said.
"Ava? How?" He asked.
"I don't know. I have no idea. I was in a call with her and she started yelling at someone" Erica said grabbing his arm.
"I'll go check" he said, wanting to turn but Erica pulled his arm back, not letting go of it.
"Let me come with you" she said.
"You can't. Just stay here and don't come out" he said and left.
Erica hopped back to the bed and kept on trying to call Ava.
