Rainey's POV

" Reed!!! " I screamed as they fell into the pit

" oh no,, this is bad " Janie said in tears

" guys run!!! " Lily shouted

I turned back one more time and a tear dropped from my eyes

" please come back Reed," I said silently and we all ran off

We continue running until we became tired,,

" Am thirsty,,, I think am gonna die any moment from now " Linda said faintly

Janie sighed and made a flowing river from his hand.

" wow " we all said in amazement

Everyone drank water until we were satisfied,,

" what do we do right now?? Gavin, Reed and Yona are in trouble " Rafael said

" we are all in trouble " I said

" I know,,, but we should all be together " he replied

" I trust Gavin and my brother,, they are coming to meet us here,, am very sure of that " I said and I wish it's true

" I hope so " they all responded

? Reed ?

I opened my eyes and met myself in a pool of blood,, what happened?? I turned left and I saw Gavin who is still unconscious,, I turned right and Yona was also there.

I immediately stood up and wake them up,,

" Guys wake up "

They both opened their eyes and stood up,

" where are we?? " Yona asked

" we are here because of you,,, why can't you even run such a short distance?? " I snapped

" am so sorry " she said

" this is not the time to blame one another, we need to find a way to get out of here " Gavin said and I sighed

" Did you hear that?? Do you think they are awake?? " we heard a voice

" No,,, they are coming for us,, run!! "

We started running and suddenly met ourselves in their mist,,, they are all different types. Some have blood in their mouth, some have blood all over their faces, some even grow long fingers,

" are they vampires?? " Gavin asked fearfully

" I don't know either "

Everywhere was dark,,, but their eyes were bringing out light,, am I gonna die here??

I won't see Rainey again?? No I can't die this way,,

" You're welcome here " one of them said and there was a loud thunder

" oh no,, they are going to make us one of them " Yona cried

" No matter what you do,, we can't join you darkness!!" I yelled out folding my fist angrily

" Really?? " One suddenly appeared in front of me

" I love your boldness " she smiled and it changed into a frown immediately

" but it won't take you anywhere " she added

She brought out her hand to touch me,,, I immediately used my power to disjoin her bone.

" arggh " she screamed in pain

" next time,, mind people you will talk to anyhow " I said and pushed her angrily,, she landed in the mist of the other witches

" Get them!!!" They screamed and started running after us

The three of us took off running for our lives,,,

" we can't keep on running " I said

" They are too much for us " Gavin replied

" They are not as powerful as we think " I said and we stopped

The moment they saw us stopping ,they also stopped.

" hey Yona, what can you do?? " Gavin asked

" Am sorry,, I can't do anything " she looked down

I shook my head,,,

" Stand over there,, scream out my name if anyone of them is approaching you " I said pointing at a tree behind us

" Okay " she replied

Right now,, they've surrounded us. Gavin and I did a back to back starring at them all

" Just keep on starring ,,don't lose focus " Gavin whispers

" Take them from the right and will take them from the left " I said not taking my eyes away from them.

" so,, what about the ones at the front and our back?? "

" Just do what I said "

" okay, we can do this " He said and I nodded

They started rushing to us which make us part with each other,,,

" you seem More brave than I thought " one said as she used her power of fire on me

I was fast enough to dodge it or Else am getting burnt.

" am glad you know am brave " I smirked and made her cough out blood as I pressed hard on her throat .

" Reed!!!!" I heard my name and I turned back

Two of them were approaching Yona ,,,I immediately threw the one with me on the ground.

I wanted to run but I know it's gonna be too late so I used my speed power and appeared right before they harm her.

I killed the two and faced Yona who keep on panting harder,,,

" Reed,,,they are becoming too much ,we have to run " Gavin said running toward us.

" wait, I think I know what is happening " Yona spoke up

" tell us" we said at the same time

" Out of them all,,,only twenty are real,, the rest are allusions to deceive us until you get tired. ,,you can see that there are no bodies on the ground "

" oh no,,that's true,,we are so stupid " Gavin roughed his hair

" so how do we know the real ones?" I asked

" firstly,, we need to find the others. The two of you can't do this alone " She said

We nodded in agreement and ran off ,,damn it's becoming darker .

We continue walking into the deep forest, why is it becoming more darker??

" Janie, can you please make us light? " Lily asked and he did

Everything was more easier,,

" watch out,, it's a python!!! " Linda screamed out

The python jumped on me and I passed out,,,,

I opened my eyes slowly and more than ten eyes starring back at me,,

" what happened?? " I asked and saw the python dead already

" it died the moment it jumped on you " Reed said

" Reed?? You are back!" I shouted and hugged him

" Rainey,, you are the only one who can save us right now " He said

He whispered into my ear

" wow,, okay what are we going to do right now?? " Janie asked

I faced Gavin,, he Sigh and looked away,, is he avoiding my stare right now??

" Guys there is trouble " Yona spoke up

" what trouble are you talking about?? " we asked at the same time

" Rainey is no more dangerous to touch " she said and I felt a light smile on my face

" What do you mean?? " Gavin was the one who asked

" like this " she said and touched me,, to my surprise, nothing happened

" OMG!!!!!!! " Reed shouted and hugged me

" Am so happy,,,, I won't hurt people again " I said

" But,, it can only happen whenever she's angry,, so you must learn how to control your anger " She said

" Don't worry,, Rainey never gets angry,, she's cool" Reed said and smiled at me

" So,, what is going to happen now?? "

" In order to save us,, she have to become angry no matter what " she sighed

" But,, is there any reason to get angry?? " I asked

" Think about what will make you get mad " she said

We suddenly heard noises,,,

" They are here!! Run!!! Rainey,,, you have to think about something to get you mad!!! " Yona yelled

" Rainey, we don't have much time!! " Reed shouted while others only watch

" Reed,, am still cool. You've got to help me,, I can't get angry!! " I said in tears

" Rainey,, think about how I called you a murderer!!! Think about it,,, think about how you were not able to play with people!!! " Yona yelled and I suddenly became angry,,,

" That's not enough" Gavin said

" Okay,, Rainey,, remember Riley is with them,, they took our sister and we have to revenge,,,or do you want them to take me also?? Listen sis,,, I know you have a crush on Gavin and right now these people are gonna take him so,,, "

" Stop!!!!!!!!!! " I yelled and that was all I could remember.

? Fire was coming out of every part of her body,, her hair became white in color,,

" Reed,, are you sure she's okay?? " I asked looking scared

" Don't worry she's fine,, " he smiled and we all moved backward as the creatures got to where Rainey was.

" I hope this go right" Rafael whispers

" don't you think we should support her from here?? " I asked Reed

" you're getting even worried than me,, she will be fine, you don't have to worry about her " He replied and I scoff

We all watched as they all approached her,, she stood up since she was on her knees before,, I gasped.

Her eyes were red,, damn, this is not Rainey. She shouted and her voice alone caused a lot of damages,,we wasn't left out,, we all fell to the ground.

She killed everyone of them and the blood was all over her body,, we were about running to her when another one came out of nowhere,,

Omg,, it's Riley

" Oh no, We have to stop them,, we have to stop them,, they will hurt each other,, " Yona cried

" But,, they can't even recognize each other right now " I said getting more scared

I really won't take It if something bad happened to Rainey .

" Reed!! Do something!! " I yelled

Suddenly more of those dark souls rushed out,,

" now there is no way out " Linda said as tears rolled down her eyes.

" We need to make Riley remember who she is,, that's the only way " Yona said

" And Rainey need to come back to her normal self " she added

" I will take care of Riley,, Gavin,, you should take care of Rainey " Reed said and I nodded

We both ran out of the hiding place and ran toward them,, Reed went to Riley while I stood behind Rainey.

" Rainey ,,do you remember me?? It's me Gavin,,, please try to come back " I said starring straight into her red eyes

She laughed out with no emotions,,

" Stay away or am gonna hurt you,, stay away " she looked away

I shook my head trying to think about what to do,,,,

I immediately came up with an idea,,,

I grab her hand and pulled her closer,,, I kissed her forcefully since she was struggling to get out of my grip .

I felt her calming down and I left her,,, she was back to normal. She seems shocked,,,

I was about saying something when Reed interrupted,,..

" Riley is back " he said,, Rainey immediately hugged her

" am so sorry,,, I caused all these troubles for you guys " Riley cried

" it's fine "

We faced the creatures coming closer to us,,

" Reed,, you have to come in unity with your sisters,, hold each other. That's the only way to conquer them all.

I moved away from them as they hold hands with each other,,, there was a loud thunder and fire at the same time.

We all closed our ears because of the noise,,,

Soon,, everywhere became calm and we stood up,, they are all gone and everywhere looked like a desert,,

" wow!!!!! We did it!!!!! " Yona shouted and we all shouted happily

A wide door opened before us and three people came out,, they were all putting on white,, who are they?? Two women and one man

" mom!!! " Reed and his sisters shouted and ran to hug one of them.

After the hug,, they moved closer to us.

" The lights are so proud of you all,, you all acted bravely " The man said

" you shall be rewarded with a double portion of your powers " The woman said

After the whole thing,, they disappeared again,,,

We suddenly find ourselves in the school again,,

" Wow,, we are back,,,, am so happy" Lily smiled and we all nodded

It was really a long journey but we won,, they all walked off one after the other,,,

I sighed and took a breath in,, I was about leaving when I felt a hand on my shoulder,, I turned and was surprised to see Rainey,,

" Hey" she said

" Rainey,, am so sorry about what happened. It's the only choice I have,, don't be mad, am so,,,, " she interrupted me by kissing me,,,

She smiled,,

" wow,, I thought you will be mad at me " I said and roughed my hair

" why will I get mad when my crush kissed me?? " she smirked

" I always tried to stay away from you then,, because I don't want you to get hurt,, but I really do like you alot " she said

I immediately grab her and kissed her again,, more deeper this time.
