"Mr. Harrison, I remind you that you are still under oath." the Judge warned as Travis retook the witness stand. "Mr. Harrison why would you enter into a marriage contract you had no intention of honoring?" Tara's lawyer went on the attack. "Objection" Travis's lawyer stood. "Over ruled." the judge denied"Mr. Harrison I would like to hear your answer as well." "Who would honor a contact with a gold digging slut?" Travis huffed his answer. "Language Mr. Harrison " the judge admonished "I believe the good doctor's testimony clearly refutes the second part of your statement Mr. Harrison." "She's still a gold digger. She only married me for my money and status." "Mr. Harrison did your family not initiate the contract." "Only because my father served with hers." "Do you know who Mrs. Harrison's grandfather was?" "Why should I care about some dead old man?" His arrogant reply had several of the society reporters in the gallery snickering. "Order in the court" The judge glared at the reporters. "As his sole heir, your wife inherited sixty-five billion at his death seven months prior to your family contacting hers for the contractual marriage. Prior to that, her mother left her nineteen million in Trust. Your father's Army buddy, Mrs. Harrison s father, is the sole owner of Angel Jewelry, an international company worth well over two hundred billion, and again Mrs. Harrison is the sole heir. So I ask exactly how you classify her as a "gold digging slut?" "Mrs. Reynolds" The judge warned "My apologies your honor," Tara's lawyer smiled. "I was only quoting Mr. Harrison." Travis sat stunned. All the rumors about Tara; he had heard and believed because they were told to him by his twin sister. He looked to where she sat, but she refused to meet his gaze. "Now Mr. Harrison, by your own testimony, you have an "active s*x life". Since we are now all aware of your wife's lack of s****l activity, who exactly have you been"active" with?" Tara's lawyer gloatingly questioned. Travis looked to his lawyer, who was adamantly shaking his head, "I plead the fifth." "Your honor, by his own testimony, Mr. Harrison has been unfaithful to the marriage, surely pleading the fifth at this time is unacceptable." The judge looked between the lawyers"Side bar" he called. When Travis's lawyer joined the judge and Mrs Reynolds at the bench he asked, "Is this line of questioning necessary your honor?" "You and your client opened the door Mr. Taylor." The judge sighed, "Is there a reason for your client to refrain from answering the question?" Mr. Taylor ran a hand over his face, "Only that it will out others who may not appreciate the knowledge becoming common. With the press here..." Mrs. Reynolds interrupted him, "The press is here because your client invited them." she reminded both the judge and Mr. Taylor. "Against my advice." he grumbled "Be that as it may," the judge sighed "Your client opened this door with his testimony, Mrs. Harrison has the right to this information."
