Julian’s POV
I woke up, yawning and stretching on my bed. I had a very terrible dream of the princess groaning and asking me while in pain at the Royal Clinic. Last night, I heard her groans but I couldn’t go to see what was going on. I knew she was in trouble, I knew she was hurt, my wolf told me so but that vengeful side of me got me ignoring.
I never stopped thinking of her since last night even as I woke up this morning to begin work here in the stable. I wasn’t here to stay, feed and sleep. I had to work. At least it’s part of my punishment. I gladly took it but in turn I won’t have anything to do with her, the person who caused me pain, who because of her I’m here.
