Third Party

1128 Words
It was the twenty-seventh of December, Stephanie had arrived at the airport at around nine in the morning. Pulling her brown Prada luggage bag, she wears her Saint Laurent black velvet tied shorts, a white Dolce and Gabbana t shirt and black gladiator sandals from Versace. A supermodel that she was, Stephanie Fox was indeed a head turner. She walked with such grace to the waiting area, had a cab and went around Los Angeles, looking for a place to stay. She immediately called Jon who was currently having a discussion with Lee at the balcony while she was in a cab. "I wonder if I could stay somewhere near you," Jon told Lee that he would attend to him later in the day, as he needs to answer an important call. She wanted to stay at The Orsini, but Jon said it would be better to stay at a hotel if she does not plan on staying for long. The lady agreed, told him to meet her to have a cup of coffee and a chat. She hung up afterwards, told the driver to drop her off at the hotel and put on her wayfarer to keep the public eye off her. The driver had been looking at her through the rear view mirror since she got in, and she started to feel uncomfortable by the stare. Right after they hung up, Jon went to meet her, he told Lee and Cathy that he is going to meet a client. "But you said you were off work?" she asked, wondering. He assured her that he will come back sooner, and just needs to meet with this person to make sure that everything will go smoothly even while he is on vacation. Before he exited the unit, he told Lee, "Please don't let her know about it. I do not want her to worry, especially now that her father was being dragged into this." Lee nodded, and without saying a word, gave him a tap on the shoulder. Jon smiled, and hurried.  Minutes went by and Stephanie finally reached her destination. The driver advised her, "We are here, ma'am. The Intercontinental, Los Angeles." He then got out of the car, took her bags out of the trunk, and the hotel bus boys helped her in carrying them to the reception area where she confirmed her reservation and went to her suite. Jon called her when he got in the place, to which she quickly answered, "Go straight to my room, please." After his visit had been confirmed with Stephanie by the reception, he went to her suite, where she stayed in the living space after taking a quick shower. They ordered coffee, pies, and discussed a lot of things about the death of Attorney Morgan. While they were eating, he told her about Evan Mills who had advised them of Vivian's possible whereabouts, and the latest updates on the case. "You were not telling Catherine about her father?" she asked. Jon replied, "I haven't spoken much to her about him. All I knew is that he left them when she was young" Jon said that he was worried of what might happen if he told Cathy that her father had been in a relationship with Vivian Desmonde. As the records have shown, the two were into gambling a few years ago, which eventually led to Evan's early retirement. "He was forced to resign because of what he did while in uniform. Is that right?" Stephanie concluded. Jon nodded, and told her a few more things about what has been going on, and how uncomfortably he tries his best to hide these things to her because he does not want her to worry, especially that she is going to college. Stephanie put down the coffee cup on the table, and touched his face. "It's alright Jon, you can tell me anything, and everything. I'm here to listen." She leaned forward and gave him a soft kiss on the lips, but he moved away and stood up. "Steph, what are you doing?" he was confused, he thought he had a best friend all along, and did not realize that she was trying to trick him. She got up, and as she did, her long slender legs looked more attractive with her high slit red dress. He noticed that her body is beautiful and her curves are all in the right places. He suddenly felt pain in his head. He went to the bathroom and reached over to the sink, as he felt his tummy rumble, as if he was about to vomit. Stephanie went in, gave him a towel and asked him, "Are you okay, Jon?" He was not able to answer, he was mumbling the words, could not stand on his own and felt his knees getting weaker. He looked at her, as she held him up, washed his face and took him to the bedroom. "I'll get you some water," she turned around after she had laid him to bed, went to the living and got him a bottle of water from the fridge.  Jon could not help himself but to look at her body as she walked around the suite. Her breasts are round, waist is smaller than his palm, her hips are wide enough to carry children and her behind looks bumpy and firm. She got back in less than a minute, "It's complimentary, I hope you don't mind." She helped him sit, gave him the bottle and he drank from it. "It's okay, I run hotels too, remember?" He told her he was feeling a bit better, but he could not explain how he felt about her in that minute. Stephanie was extremely beautiful, her elegance and sophistication made her even more stunning, he thought. He looked at her, and she returned the gaze with a seductive look. "I really do like you, Jonathan," she managed to say. "Catie is," She did not allow him to finish the statement by kissing him. He was trying to resist her, by telling her "You… You don't understand, Steph. Catie, is, she is waiting for me." His words fell to deaf ears, his heart full of confusion and l**t, she was very beautiful, her charm is different than that of Cathy's. She was innocent, but the woman with him today is hot and seductive. She continued to kiss his face, his ears and his neck. Jon warned her, "Steph, I love Catie." Stephanie smiled at him and replied, "I know, Jon. I can be a third party." She made her way to make him forget about Cathy, and Jon made his way into Stephanie, forgetting the promise he had made to the innocent girl at The Orsini.
