THE NEWS REPORT WAS vague but yielded some familiar details. A young couple, on a road trip from Los Angeles CA to Tombstone AZ, along the way had stopped posting updates of their trip to social media. After one whole day of no posts their friends grew concerned. A few months later, a border patrol officer made the grim discovery of two badly decomposed bodies baking in the harsh desert sun near Nogales, AZ.
The discovery was first dismissed as two very unlucky migrants, falling prey to the harsh desert elements, attempting to make a better life here in the United States. But the DNA evidence said otherwise. These were the remains of Sharon Hollan and Neil Randel. Two unlucky road trippers that never reached their final destination to Tombstone, AZ.
