Rochelle Lewis had made several complaints to law enforcement with regards to her neighbor Cathy Morales. It as a complaint of a strong odor emanating downwind that would seep into Rochelle’s house. She made a few attempts to address Ms. Morales personally however with no success. As time went on things started to worsen. Strange characters, odd shadows and one vicious cat were just the tip of the iceberg.
Mr Schular has provided here a complete collection of documents related to Rochelles’ case. He felt it important to note the parallels with Manuel Romo’s case even though the events surrounding Rochelle Lewis happened almost two decades earlier.
