My name is Candice Deer, I am currently taking up residence at the J. Guthrie building here in South Franklin. This letter is regarding a recent admittance, Ms. Rochelle Lewis, who came to us after an incarceration on a domestic disturbance. Before I outline here any specifics of the three days that she has been in our care I feel it’s important to provide some background regarding her arrest.
