Diane POV
Eran and I walk past the training fields and see Iris and Eric start with their hand-to-hand combat session. The way they moved together always seemed right to me and the way Eric looked at Iris was the way all girls wanted to be looked at, but the thing is Lucas also looked at Iris that way. Less than a couple of months ago I was begging Iris to find a guy. Now she had two and it was so complicated.
“Love is a complicated thing isn’t it?” Eran says and wiggles his eyebrows at me making me roll my eyes so hard. “No we are going to jog and that’s it, I’m not going to talk about love, feeling, or anything right now!” I say and start to shift, but Eran stops me by taking my hand. “Could we please just jog, no shifting!
