LUCAS POV
As we watched my mate and my mother dart into the woods I felt the confusion invade my mind.
“Why did the fire turn blue and then white dad? I thought it was only supposed to turn blue?” I ask my father we stand at the fire waiting for them to return from their hunt. Blue was the symbolic colour for the Midnight pack. My father looked at me his eyes filled with something I didn’t understand,
“The white symbolized the Blood moon pack.” He says matter of factly as if I should make me understand.
I feel a bit shaken by his words.
“But..” I honestly didn’t understand what was going on. I could feel her taking my pack's power. She was so strong.
My father chuckles and pats me on my shoulder. His blue eyes sparkle with excitement making me raise my eyebrow at him
