Ariel Said to the man she had pinned against the wall who was looking at her dumbfounded
Kelvin who was two years older than her was being pinned down by Ariel

he was stuttering but no words came out as she raised an eyebrow at him keeping a calm smile

Ariel couldn't complete was she was saying as she was being dragged away by her best friend Mina
"I always knew you were crazy but were you crazy to the extent of asking Kelvin out"
"what?all I did was to tell him how I feel,how is there something wrong with that"

Mina thought as she shook her head smiling
"anyways good news"
Ariel raised a brow wondering what good news Mina had brought for her
"I got us a catering job at the king's palace but our job is to only serve food"
"he is hosting an event"
"he will be choosing the woman he wants to marry among princess Rina,princess goergia and princess miama"
"they have been fighting who would win over the king, tomorrow would be the final day we will see who the king really wants"
"so when is the event,I mean when are we to start"
Ariel asked her anxiously
"tomorrow"
"since our job is just to serve,we will be there really early tomorrow to start work"
Ariel nodded after Mina was done
she really needed the job,she wanted to take care of her dying mother
she badly wanted to take her to the hospital
but how could she do that she didn't have any money to pay the hospital bills
"they didn't tell us how much they will be paying us yet,but am sure it would be high since it's the king event"
Mina told her assuringly,she knew Ariel was thinking about her mother when her face had changed
"I have to go now,mom actually sent me but I will be at your house by noon so we can spend the night together and get prepared for tomorrow"
Mina said with a smile before waving her hand and left
