I don't have any schedule for today and obviously still no job, so I figured I should just have a food trip in a nearby market set-up for the weekend. I started my morning routine with a skincare "Ugh, it's so noisy upstairs these neighbors really don't have any care of some sort" so instead of getting myself worked up I just played my favorite song which is Kiss Me Goodbye by Buck-Tick. This song is the best it gets me on the feels and have I mentioned the members of the band??? They are so handsome and charismatic and very talented, if there's only one song I can listen to for the rest of my life it'll be this.

It was really fun singing along to the song and it spiced up my skincare more than I thought. My simple routine turned into a full-on pampering. I wore a simple v-neck white shirt and a semi-fitted jeans and since it's a bit chilly outside I brought a padded jacket with me and paired it with a white low-cut converse, my look is complete, not that it matters. It is almost afternoon actually since I lost track of time while doing my morning routine. I then headed to the market.

Once I've arrived I was shocked to see more people than what I've expected since this part of the city is quite notorious. Usually the people that went here lives on the nearby apartments but now there's also some tourists. I waded my through the crowd towards a stall that I often visit when I'm here, they sell sweet potatoes and loaded potatoes. I had a hard time picking since it's both my favorite but in the end I chose the sweet potato perfect for the chilly weather. l waited patiently on the side while the stall owner prepares my food. Once it was ready she put it on the counter, I was about to get it when another hand beats me to it "Yahh what the hell give it back that's mine I was just about to pay for it" my voice clearly laced with annoyance as I said it without even looking at the face of the stranger. "Whoa men calm down, this one's mine" as if on cue the stall owner tuned in and said "Young man, that one is for the tall guy you seem to have the same order as him but he ordered first so I guess you get it right?" she said while looking at me. I'm very much embarrassed right now, I can even imagine the redness creeping up to my cheeks "Fine I'm sorry ma'am for the inconvenience" I said with my head down "Is that all are you not going to apologize to me" I even got more embarrassed but at the same time angry, I looked up to tell him off but instead my tongue got stuck, I got hit by realization. This guy is a great friend of mine that suddenly disappeared last year with a note in my fridge saying 'don't look for me I'm fine'. "Recognized me now? I thought you completely forgot about me, after all those years" he said dramatically. "Look first I apologize for the commotion and second I wasn't able to recognize you because your voice changed so much" I declared sassily, like for real though, as far as I remembered his voice was deep but not that deep-deep and he even got more tattoos like full-on sleeve and neck tattoos. He looks intimidating yet I can't deny that his handsome and charming, my thoughts got cut "Enjoying the view babe?" ugh I'll be honest I missed him but this mouth of his I didn't. "Quit it or I'll be the reason you will disappear on the face of earth" after that came out of my mouth the stall owner gave me my sweet potato and I paid for it. I turned to look to my side and-- wait I forgot to tell you his name well his name is Noa and that a** is still standing there like he own the whole shopping district. I ignored him and started walking to my next destination but he stopped me "Hey hey now where do you think you are going? We're gonna have to catch up for the next remaining hours, so you better cancel all your plans" where did he learned to be so vague "Excuse me mister but you disappeared on me--" "Hey at least I left a note" "I'm not done yet how rude of you, so as I was saying that note is close to useless I was so worried that maybe you got kidn*pped or something, you won't even answer my calls and text no update or whatsoever your social medias even got deactivated and now you're here as if nothing happened" wow that was long thankfully no one seems to care that I was raising my voice a minute ago. Noa looked at me like I'm the most entertaining thing, he even smirked devilishly like I'm not even gonna hide my anger. I was about to give him another blast when he suddenly grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards a toy cafe.
