PAULETTE POV CONT
I noticed that Kyle kept giving the blonde b***h disapproving looks occasionally. After some minutes, we finally made it to the room. I was quickly hoisted up onto the bed and soon hooked up to a couple of monitors for the twins and to check my vitals. I quietly sat there while the nurses did what they needed to. The blonde left first and Kyle left soon after. He motioned towards the call light. "If you need anything just push that button and a nurse will be in to assist you."
I nodded and thanked him as another contraction hit. My mom held my hand as I waited for it to end. Rollings kept trying to come near me, but my dad stood in his way. I just couldn't deal with him at the moment. I laid my head back and closed my eyes to try to relax, but no such luck.
