Alex’s POV The cameras were set when I stepped behind the curtain. It was just two minutes before the press conference. Two minutes before I either steady the company and survive the media attacks or let everything my father had built for years crumble in my hands. I was supposed to feel ready. I had been confident all weekend. The plan had been simple. But right now, everything was out of control and I hated when I didn’t have control. My mind was continuously worried.
