Every time she got broken down, she felt as if she's made of glass so fragile yet have the ability to be so strong.

You laugh as the broken shards of the woman you claimed to love to lay at your feet.

You chipped away at the crack until she broke into a million pieces knowing she could never quite be whole again.

Your words your actions they were like stray bullets leaving holes and wounds that ran far deeper then the eye could see.

She trusted you and believed in you but that was never good enough to you she was never good enough.

You lied, as she cried. You cheated, as she lay in bed wondering what she did wrong. You called her names and ruined her self worth knowing exactly what you were doing.

Funny thing with broken pieces though all it takes is love, patience, and some tenderness to make them like new again.

So, you fool you see you didn't destroy her you only made her realize the treasure she is. Yes, this time around she will be careful because she's been broken, but she's stronger than ever before.
